I wish I could give zero stars but tonight I tried to order some food and the woman claiming to be the manager Magan says she could not give me the corporate number or any franchise number or her real mangers name even lol omg you have to be kidding me. She said she was told not to give out the managers name. Yeah right who does that. Let me tell you why she doesn't wanting me to contact anyone that really knows how to run a company is because as soon as I placed my order they called me right away saying it would be one hour and 45 mins to two hours before I got my food delivered. I asked if there's any way I could transfer my order to the other dominos and they said they won't deliver to me so I continued with my order. After 15 mins I got to worrying about how my food quality would be so I called the manager of the store. She continued to tell me she was fixing to let a driver go and that would leave her with one driver. I said well shouldn't you see if he can stay on for all the orders you have. she said he can't he is past due on his hours. Ok so let's sacrifice customers right. I didn't say that. I'm still trying to be cool. I'm like ok well can I speak to your. Manager she said she is the manager. I said of the restaurant or a shift Manager. She said she is the manager. I asked her what she would so if someone told her that her order woupd take two hours. She said that's the best she can do hun. I told her if it would take two hours I would never order from her again even though I'm sure my $20. Order a week and $4. Delivery tip wouldn't mean much to them Then she threatened to cancel my order I said I'm just trying to be honest with you and she said I was being rude so I said ok thank you and please continue my order. And we hung up. So I got to sweating ever eating the food that may be coming due to the way she handled our conversation and trust me I worked in food I do not want to jeopardize my food. I wouldn't even be able to eat this food because I would be worried about what they may have done so I called her back to cancel she said that is fine I asked for corporates number she said she isn't allowed to give it out. I asked if she was franchise or corporate she said franchise I said can I have franchises number she said she didn't have it. I said you are the Manager right and you don't have their number ?? She said I'm the assistant. I said can I have your managers name. She said she told me not to give it out. I have never in my life heard of that and if you can't tell I ran pizza hut for many years so I had no choice but to say ok. she wouldn't give me any information to help me in any way. So .....I told her I would call back until I got the managers name and hung up. I'm not even hungry now....
Read moreI have multiple reasons why I hate this location and will never get delivery or carry out from them. Even though they are one of the only places that delivers to me. 1. I once ordered a meal, it never showed up I waited out front for it. Never received a phone call. Nothing. When I called back I didn’t receive an apology was told my food (not remade) would be sent back out when they got a chance. They mentioned attempting to call which didn’t happen. I declined taking them up on waiting a half hour longer for the same food. I have had multiple instances where they would delay my order for hours and not let me know. Eventually I would call them and they would tell me the delay, no apology nothing. One of the times my food was over two hours late they said it would be free because I was angry as this wasn’t the first time. And than proceeded to make me pay for it on arrival. To their credit their delivery drivers who show up are normally kind people but the management and service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and they are unapologetic about this. Finally another instance my food was and hour late I called they informed me of the delay and that my food was ready but would still be up to an hour to arrive to me but I could pick it up...
Read moreI ordered online like I always do and ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza. When it arrived the box was dripping with grease and the pizza crust itself was soggy. The delivery guy was very nice and very understanding. He took the pizza back. When I called the store to resolve the issue and have them remake me another pizza, the lady was very argumentative and said that the pizza was perfect when she sent it out. She went on to say that she made it herself and there was nothing wrong with it. I explained to her that a soggy pizza is unacceptable. She went on to say that it was a fresh pizza and maybe I should order a pizza with different toppings. And keep in mind the Philly cheesesteak pizza is a menu item pizza that the Domino’s company created. I did not appreciate that she was trying to make it seem like the soggy pizza was my fault.
