This location has marked improvment. Pleasant staff and a long haired blond/brunette female manager I believe that goes above and beyond to ensure that orders are correct. This was at 10:00 an on April 27, 2019 For eat in they bring your food to the table. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was very good. Keep up the good work.

My experience, at approximately 5:50 pm Thursday May 10, 2018 I got in what I think was the order line behind an older lady. She completed her order and then the order taker walked over and set out to replenish straws in the dining area. A commendable objective waited as she went back behind the counter still not greeted. The order taker was working at the area where the food is bagged. she left there and I thought was approaching to take my order. No I was incorrect, she then had a conversation with a blond female coworker and it was discussed that the soft serve machine would be put through another heat cycle to cure an apparent non working condition. Not 2 feet away if she had turned around maybe my order would be next, NO incorrect again. The order taker went back and picked up an order for 2 cheese burgers and delivered them to the dining area for a customer, she then came back behind the counter and went back to the area where food is bagged for delivery to customers. I realize that they may be backed up with the preparing of the new Quarter Pounder, but after what as i looked at my phone was about 10 minutes of not being greeted, or my order taken or even some type of acknowledgment of my presence, from any of the approximately 3 or 4 employees running back and forth in my direction. I figured fast food or any food at this location may be problematic. I opted for food somewhere else. Hopefully they get these things sorted out will check back maybe in June to see if it has...

I have gone through this drive thru multiple times and today is the day that I have had enough. Today I came for the second time with my husband who orders for us at drive thrus we go to. The first time we went, he ordered, and the person taking our order was extremely rude. My husband asked for ice cream and the person taking our order got so upset with this request that they changed the pronouns they were using with him. Instead of continuing to use sir/him/he pronouns with my husband, they emphasized using ma’am/she/her pronouns. My husband corrected them and said that he was male, and they continued to use the wrong pronouns. This upset me so badly that I turned into a Karen and went inside and asked to speak to the manager. Today, we went through the drive thru again. They were taking his order and I asked him to order me a drink. They replied that they did not have any fountain drinks because their drink machine was down. So, my husband asked if they had slushees. They said no. My husband asked if there was any sort of drink at all, maybe milk, water, or apple juice off the kids menu, and the person taking our order turned very aggressive and the SAME thing happened. Understandably they were extremely busy, I did not appreciate being treated so rudely. I had asked for my receipt that I didn't get from the kiosk and was told by who I can only guess was a team leader that, and I quote, they didn't have time for that, it would take too long to search on the register for it. I was informed they were very busy and I needed to leave and then was told twice when I requested my receipt again have a good day bye you can leave. I did hear the person who went around to the drive-through say something about me which I will not print here. I went to my car and then on second thought I went back in and requested the main office number at which point a female individual who I guess was actual management asked what was wrong. The prior individual made the comment that I was just wanting to cause trouble. I spoke up for myself and told her I just simply wanted my receipt. She promptly came to the register and apologized and found my receipt. I probably wouldn't have said anything here, but for being insulted and dismissed as I was already late to be somewhere. My food was not cooked thoroughly but I was driving down the interstate when I discovered this. Will NOT be back. I will drive out of my way to another location or go...
