From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and inviting the space was. The dining area was spotless, the bathrooms were well-maintained and SUPER CLEAN! It smelled so CLEAN, I didn’t see anything wrong or gross in the bathroom WHAT-SO-EVER!! Everything seemed to run with smooth efficiency and Service. The service was fast, the food was delicious, warm, fresh and well-priced, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming—but what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional service I received from Roman.
Roman wasn’t just a staff member—he was the heart and soul of the experience. Not sure if he was a Manager, but this man Carries Himself like a Manager and Went ABOVE and BEYOND as a Manager should. This man is going places!! His demeanor was kind, personable, and genuinely caring. I was alone with my baby and Juggling a million things. (I was waiting for my husband to arrive from work) and Roman, without hesitation he had offered to help bring my food to the table. He came over with a bright smile, and even helped get drinks for both me and my little one. In today’s world, where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, his gesture felt like a breath of fresh air. I can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. He didn’t just provide good service—he extended hospitality in the truest sense of the word. He was attentive without being intrusive, generous without expecting anything in return, and so sincerely thoughtful that it left a lasting impression. I left Salsarita’s not only satisfied with the food and prices but also deeply grateful for the way Roman treated us. It’s rare to encounter someone who elevates a simple meal into a memorable moment. Roman is an absolute gem, and Salsarita’s is lucky to have him. I’ll absolutely be returning!!

Read moreWe have enjoyed going to Salsarita’s for years, so we decided to download the app. My wife had it before and got to 97 points, then the app logged her out and she had to reset her password, lost all of her points. So the other day she decided to download the app again and got a free entree. I downloaded it and got a free entree. We get to the store, order and show the cashier the free entree message. She says we need a barcode, ok, we don’t work here, so we don’t know that. She offered no help at all and watched us struggling trying yo figure it out. Finally a barcode showed up for me, it it never did for my wife. She had to pay full price for her meal, which wasn’t the meal she wanted. I have no doubt the cashier could have given her the free entree or helped us. I wish I had told them to forget it and walked out, leaving them to throw the food away. I emailed them about my experience and received a reply that did not address my main concern. I’ve noticed their replies on here are robotic as well, so I expect nothing to happen to remedy the issue. You guys have competition, so we will eat elsewhere. Educate your employees on the app and how it works. Send your customers the barcode they need and don’t leave them fumbling around, holding up the line so your “gimmick app” gets them in the store so they have to buy something instead of getting the free item promised. Our last visit to what was a pretty good dining experience....
Read moreNice food and if you load up on all the options it is a good deal for a combo. Yes it seems expensive to spend 12 dollars on a burrito, chips, salsa/cheese, and a drink but if you load that burrito up with everything they off you end up with a football sized burrito wrapped in foil that weighs 4 freaking pounds. Whether you choose ground beef, chicken, or steak they will put the same amount on. Only shrimp costs extra. There are several options of toppings or fixings and take advantage of those. It is similar to Subway in that if you get a turkey sandwich with just cheese and lettuce it is expensive and not worth it. But have them pile on everything available and you could legit make it into 3 or 4 meals. I used to not like Salsarita's because it seems pricey but after it dawned on me that a person could go crazy and get every addition available it wasn't a bad deal for the price and yummy food. I now love the place. Pro tip: mix in some of the chili lime sauce with the queso sauce for the chips and and you'll be dipping those tortilla chips in a little bit of something special. I know the place is a chain and Knoxville hates chains but it isn't all that bad. I am looking forward to going back and diving into my football burrito with a knife, spoon, and fork. Give...
