Dude. I go to this Taco Bell all the time and ask for well done grilled cheese burritos all the done (grilled is in the name?)… and so I came back around to tell them it was not well done (it was literally not even barley grilled)… the woman with red hair who took my order seemed kind and understanding… BUT this blonde girl who was making my food I guess says (from the back but I hear her because the window is wide opened) “who asked for a grilled cheese burrito well done, like who’s going to tell them we don’t do that.. doesn’t make any sense”…. Appalling rude ass statement to say especially while the window is open…I work in food service and when some orders something a certain way and you guys say “ok will that be it” then they expect their order to come out that way…working with food and lacking the common sense of how to cook a grilled burrito is wild to me…you can make anything well done why in the hell would I want a raw tortilla for my “grilled” cheese burrito… i also have seen Taco Bell’s kitchen and know you guys have the equipment to cook something for longer… you guys need to train your workers on attitude and also just basic cooking skills because it ridiculous if customers can’t ask for well done food and not receive that…. Or even if it was a mistake(which I understand and don’t care about it having to go back) just be an adult and realize things happen and not all customers are rude ass Karen’s undeserving of proper service!! (I will be coming back but 50/50 of y’all’s workers are rude and lazy and get mad when you ask for the bare minimum) shout out to red hair lady for being...
Read moreI stopped by for breakfast. It was right at 7am. I asked if the whole menu was available for breakfast, they said yes. I ordered three tacos and two bean burritos. I know what you’re thinking, that’s a lot for one person. But I love food. I’m working on it but it’s a process. Nonetheless, The tacos were great. The burritos were awful. First off, there were only beans and cheese, Nothing else in the burritos. Secondly, it was obvious they used the refried beans from the day before, maybe from two days before. They were hard and crusty. It was disgusting to be honest. Granted, I realize bean burritos are not a typical breakfast food, as in your eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuit, etc. variety. But I had a strong hankering for a bean burrito that day, so I figured what the heck! My gripe is, if you are going to offer breakfast and say the whole menu is available, then make sure everything is available and fresh each morning. Take a lesson from Sonic. They offer the whole menu all day. and it’s always fresh. I won’t be going back to this Taco Bell for anything. P.S. I don’t work for Sonic. I’m not trying to promote them. Honestly, I rarely eat at Sonic, but when I do, their breakfast slaps...
Read moreIt takes a lot for me to complain but everything at this Taco Bell location was absolutely terrible from start to finish. We stood at the register forever until we finally gave up & ordered on the kiosk. That in itself should have been a red flag. I paid $45.00 dollars for a burrito that was burnt and cheesy potatoes that were hard. And, I went to change my sick 10 month old child in the bathroom however neither women’s nor men’s had a changing table. I ended up having to changing my poor son on the bathroom floor and him having the flu. Next time this happens I will change my son on one of the tables because this is ridiculous that I had to put my sick child in the nasty floor with Covid and the Flu going around as bad as it is this year. I guarantee his butt is cleaner than most people’s hands. The staff was unbelievably hard to get their attention for anything! They didn’t give any silverware for our order, there were no lids at the self serve area in the dining room, I can continue on… I’m sick of paying this kind of money for horrible food and service! I will avoid this location at all cost! Do...
