Update: I went back yesterday and was kindly offered a complimentary Dubai chocolate bar—and I’m so glad I gave it another shot! It was just like I remembered: fresh, creamy, perfectly crunchy, and absolutely delicious. The service was fast and super friendly as always. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how a business handles them that really matters. These folks went above and beyond to make things right, and that’s exactly why I’ll keep coming back. I keep going back to this chocolate place for their Dubai chocolate-covered strawberries and chocolate bars, but my last visit was a letdown. I've tried several chocolate bars around the city, but I always crave this one. I got a milk chocolate bar on Monday, but it tasted like dark chocolate—super tart and strong. I specifically asked for milk chocolate since my husband is picky and not really a chocolate lover. usually, they have the chocolate bars on the floor, but this time we had to ask for it from a girl behind the counter, which maybe she could’ve gotten them mixed up.

To make it worse, the chocolate tasted old, and the katafi dough inside was stale. For $20, that felt like a total waste!

The strawberries have never been an issue, but this experience with the chocolate was just disappointing. Please check the freshness...

I’ve been in twice and the new owner of a year was in and definitely can say that he is very interested in making great products that are DEFINITELY delicious 😋 Interesting to talk to which is quite nice for a little business owner for sure. Very much appreciated the military discount. Ty for that. The prices are fair. So as consumers DO consider how expensive HIGH Quality ingredients cost as well as basic overhead cost of doing business in general of running an actual store front. These chocolates are definitely well worth the value and LOVE that clearly went into making them. And PLEASE SHOP LOCAL!! It makes an impact I promise...

Awesome experience at Schakolad! My 3yr old daughter and I went in on a Thursday evening to get my wife a little surprise and had a blast picking out a box of chocolates with the owner Andrews help. Andrew was super nice, engaged my daughter and made it a fun experience for her to pick out the chocolates. Also...they have chocolate covered twinkies, may sound like a little much but it was AWESOME! Price was great, quality was A+ and we are half-way thru the box and I can so far say the chocolate covered cherries are unreal and definitely try the espresso bean...
