A Stellar Experience at McDonald's with Tianna's Exceptional Service
Never have I thought I would leave a review for McDonaldâs. I am currently sitting at table 114 writing this review. My visit to this McDonald's restaurant on tittabuwwossa exceeded all expectations, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Tianna. From the moment I stepped through the doors, it was evident that this establishment strives for excellence in every aspect.
Let's start with the ambiance. The restaurant's modern and inviting decor created a pleasant atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The seating arrangements were well-spaced, allowing for privacy and comfort, even during peak hours. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, with every table impeccably maintained, and the floors gleamed under the warm lighting.
Moving on to the ordering process, the efficiency of the staff was remarkable. The queue moved swiftly, with the team members handling each customer with a genuine smile and a warm greeting. If I could leave a piece of advice for other McDonaldâs. I would say have more people trained like Tianna.

   Read moreThe ineptitude of this McDonaldâs is incredible, I woke up this morning to have a DoorDash order to be here for when I woke up, the order that ended up getting here was less than half of the it was supposed to be, and which was not safety sealed (why not sealed?), nor had the driver worn a mask (not the fault of the McDonaldâs obviously) I then contacted DoorDash who called the store allegedly and had a redelivery made, which again, ended up with missing items, even so that combining the 2 deliveries would not have made the full order, so after dealing with DoorDash support who ended up refunding all my money and crediting me money to use next time, thank goodness, I decided to go to the store and just order the food properly this time on the mobile app for store pickup with my friend, we both were in the same car in spot 4 and after setting my order for pickup, my friend got his order brought out to the car, shortly after we were both prompted that our orders had been completed although mine hadnât been brought out, after waiting a few more minutes we decided to get in the drive thru line and tell them we had not gotten our order, they then would not give us food we had paid for despite showing them the eReceipt we got on the app would not give us food at all, nor would the manager take responsibility for the fault of their store or employee that âcompletedâ the order despite it not being taken out and claimed that the food wasnât there and kept saying it âwasnât on screen for pickupâ when it wouldnât be on screen ready for pick up, since the order had already been âcompleted,â the manager refused to take responsibility for the fault of the store and wouldnât issue any kind of compensation or food on their fault, despite being calm during the interaction the manager did not apologize one time, and only said âI understand your frustrationâ when I had said âIâm trying not to be frustrated right nowâ after explaining the entire situation, the lack of empathy and problem solving from management...
   Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's in Saginaw. Every single time I've ordered any McCafe drink, I get pulled and end up having to walk in to get what I ordered. Today is the last time I will waste my money and time here. 2 bfast sandwiches managed to have NO MEAT. But my 7 dollar coffee was missing 2 expresso shots. I'm supposed to have no whipped topping because allergy issues...so instead of the expresso, I guess that filled it up with whipped cream instead... like seriously?? When I went in, they were majority managers working. I understand being understaffed I was just a manager at McDonald's for 2+ years I understand all of this possibly more than a typical customer...so it's extremely frustrating when it's incorrect because the job was done incorrectly. There was one lady inside, even waiting 11 minutes while I was in there waiting for the coffee I was pulled on. She got to the point of starting to raise her voice to get their attention because nobody even acknowledged her. This used to be my favorite McDonald's. For the past 6 months, every part of it has gone downhill. Their "speedy service" times might be decent since they pull everyone and just leave us out there to rot. If this didn't happen the last dozen times, literally, I wouldn't leave such a harsh review. This is getting ridiculous, tho. Where is the GM??? Get ya...
