Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kokomo

I normally don't leave reviews but I am tonight, I'm really upset about all the chaos I have encountered tonight by your staff, online app, and the way I kept getting hung up on! I don't know what's going on at your store but first of all I was trying to order online because I had a coupon for 20% off that I had through my email which I was not able to redeem because it kept freezing up on me and I could never end up ordering for the coupon so then I decided to call the store just to keep getting answered and then hung up on he called back once and then hung up on me again there was laughter in the background so I don't know what was going on but never did I ever get another call back from anyone so I decided to try one more time online finally after about 45 minutes of trying to order I finally was able to order, still never received my 20% off and was told by the gentleman on the phone that he had nothing to do with the online coupon which I'm not understanding because it's Domino's app so how do you not have anything to do with that? Anyways I'm normally a very great tipper but I decided to leave $2 tip really I didn't even want to leave that due to the fact that I had to go through all that trouble and still didn't receive my 20% off and got hung up on...

Took them over an hour to deliver, and we watched the driver on the app drive all over town with our food. I called the store and spoke to a lady, and she lied to me and said it was a mix-up and our food just came out of the oven and would be hot. When it got delivered it was cold cold. We are only about 8 minutes tops feom the store. There was no way they just came out of the oven. So I called and asked to speak to the manager. I explained what the situation was and told her I was lied to. She asked me why I felt that way, so again I explained that the lady told me they just came out of the oven and there was no way. She told me she could either give me a credit for another time or bring us new sandwiches. When I asked her if they would be cold too and she said she couldn't guarantee it. I was so mad I handed the phone to my husband and he was trying to speak with her and he also was being very nice but she hung up on him when he asked if the new sandwiches would be cold too. I will never order from there again. The location this happened at was on S. Washington/Lafountain in Kokomo, Indiana. I would not recommend this...

Today I ordered pizza and pasta by uber eats around 7:30pm and my order was not delivered until 9:10pm even delivery status on the application was indicated order was delivered 8:33pm. I made phone call to the store and explained the situation what I was in trouble. They just repeatedly told me that order was delivered and just hung up the phone call after telling me to track my order!!! I made phone call again and woman picked up my phone call and told me really bluntly that she will deliver my order again. Afterwards I received my order in around 10 minutes and pizza was totally not warm!!! It seems like they just forget to deliver my order and lied to me that it was delivered. And then pizza can’t be baked only by 1 or 2 minutes! I received my order after around 10 minutes after I finished my phone call. Delivery time should be taken at least 5 minutes according to preparation and delivery according to distance!!! I should have cold pizza in 2 hours after I made my order…. I paid for delivery tip also!!! I’m really unpleasant and never order anything from here!!...
