Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Kuna

I went in with hopes to get Starbucks but didn't realize they changed to Beans & Brews but was looking forward to trying something new. I asked for two of their bacon burritos and an iced chai. it turns out they were out of bacon burritos. no problem, i want a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and a ham and cheese croissant. their card reader wasn't working at the time so they ask me to come back and pay when it was working, i waited for 25 minutes without the card reader coming back on before i decided to go get cash back from customer service to pay for my stuff and leave. when i finally got home, i opened up my ham and cheese croissant and to my surprise, there was no cheese. it is a HAM and CHEESE croissant. 3 ingredients, and i still managed to just get two. its just meat and bread. the iced chai is also just straight syrup. honestly if it was just one thing to happen, i wouldn't even right a review, good or bad. maybe even two things. but for them to be out of something, card reader not work, make me wait 25 minutes before I got tired of waiting and did something about it myself, to them not putting CHEESE on my ham and CHEESE croissant, plus a gross chai, yes, i am going to write a review. my food was cold by the time i got to eat it with my boyfriend back home. it wasn't even made right, and honestly everything was just over priced for the quality i received. maybe it is because they are a newer establishment, but i honestly don't think i will...

Whoever is in management position who has the gal with long dark red hair working shifts by herself during the busiest hours of the day.. really needs to reconsider her abilities to be a productive responsible manager. Every time I come in it’s 8:am and she’s alone being overworked and consumed by the amount of traffic and she’s alone back there. How hard can it be to schedule the one more person maybe it would be worth coming in instead of having to wait 15 minutes for a drink because there’s one person working with a mile long line. Other than that my drinks are always made well, and she has good service. Someone help this girl. Honestly with that kind of labor, she should be the one getting paid...

This is hands-down my favorite coffee shop in or out of town. What really makes this place special is the personal touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and have gotten to know my name over time, which always makes me feel welcome. I especially want to shout out Christina and Ashley, who are so wonderful and often write me small, kind messages on my cups when I order online. It's those little things that make my day!

The coffee itself is consistently excellent. I'm a huge fan of their iced protien coffee, which are always perfectly crafted.

Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a great place to get your coffee during the day. They keep me coming...
