If I could give no stars I would. Unfortunately my family this evening suffered from the clear lack of leadership and professionalism at this location. I placed an order, an order that took 45 minutes to get to us, which we only live about a 5 minutes drive from this location - although we did order delivery because I was unable to drive for the evening due to medical circumstances. I placed an order that included bread bites and a soda - I awaited our driver and my husband had just arrived home to get the order from the delivery driver as I came to the kitchen we had bites with no marinara sauce and no 2 liter to be found. My husband called right away and was told it would like 35-40 mins before someone could get us the sauce for our order and our drink. Unfortunately my husband told them he would then drive to the location because asking us to wait that long was just extreme. Upon greeting the clerk at the front counter she seemed confused and had to leave my husband several times just to get information - in which he was then told we would be refunded for the sauce and soda and sent on his way. After coming home and us now eating luke warm pizza and feeling disappointed, my husband went to talk to management, because nobody gave him any information about how the refund would be processed and to talk about his experience. For one, we should be refunded our delivery fee considering we had to drive to the location to actually pick up the rest of our order - and just refunding the soda and sauce doesn’t show your customers that your sympathetic to the negative and inconvenient experience - my husband even said let me just make it up to my family you don’t need to refund even just let me take home a small desert or something to better the mood. To which the manager told him, “we’ve offered you all we are willing to offer.” And come to find out now second trip we’re not getting a refund, have 0 proof of any credit and apparently need to call to get a soda credit after we place an order?? Which seems unlikely documented considering how unorganized and chaotic this experience was. If you want a hassle free experience for your family, I would stay away from this location. Read moreThursday I ordered 1 pizza and 2 orders of boneless chicken wings. It said it would take 45 minutes at the longest. Well I went int the store at 8:28. The time it said my food would be ready. But the track my order said it was still being prepared. So I go and ask how soon my order would be ready. Well low and behold. They can't find my order. So I ask to speak to the manager to get things straighten up. Well the manager hid behind all the boxes and refused to come help me. So a young girl came up and said did you order on line. I said yes I did. She explained that the times were not correct on how long before the food would be ready. I said an hr plus for a pizza. She says we are short handed. While there were 3 guys standing in the prep area talking. That's short handed? Haha ok. So a young man then comes up after the manager still refuses to help me. And he says hay I found your order. We just need to make the chicken wings. I said may be if half you all weren't talking you wouldn't have forgotten my wings. So the young man grabs a tray and starts pulling out bone in wings. And I said excuse me they are supposed to be boneless. No sir he says. So I had to show him on my confirmed order. He said oh your right. Ok so 5 minutes later my pizza and wings are done. Haha because the pizza was sitting waiting for who knows how long. I get my stuff. No sauce and I ordered 2 ranch. Then I get home. The pizza crust was incorrect. So just a bad bad bad experience. And this was a Thurday evening. And they had lime 7 to 8 employees working so not really short staffed. The 2 delivery guys didn't count in the 7- 8 workers. Won't recommend ordering on the app or...
Read moreI’ve honestly never had a problem with customer service Or ordering from here. I tried ordering over the phone but all his responses were “I don’t know” and I could barely hear anything he was saying. So I ordered online with cash for pick up. I got there and the kid that helped me was quite, no customer service skills what’s so ever. I had two orders and he read my orders off to me I gave him 40$ he handed me back 4$ even and no receipt and brings me my food. I asked him how much it was total and he said whatever the two orders were together. I said I need my receipt and he proceeded to tell me he didn’t have one so I told him to print it off for me. My total was 33.88 now all he gave me was 4$ He still owed me 2.12$ Which I told him he still needs to give me the rest of my change! I received no apologies, nothing.
