I order from this pizza hit often because its closer to where I live. However, I will NEVER order from this location again. On several occasions they have messed up my order. On another occasion, the delivery driver NEVER showed up. I had to actually go and pick up my own pizza. This last incident is the straw that broke the camels back though. I ordered a vegetable pizza and specifically asked for them not to put red onions on my pizza. When I got home...there was red onions on my pizza. I had to go back up to pizza hut to pick up a new pizza. The young lady that helped me was very nice and stated that she would credit my order for next time since they messed up. So I said cool...that works. Today, I placed and order and asked for my credit. The manager, CAMERON, stated that there was no credit on the order. I explained to him that my order was messed up the last time and the young lady gave me a credit. In a smart ass tone, he says " OOOOOOOKAY" as if I'm lying. I went on to complete the order but called right back to cancel. You guys mess up people's orders all the damn time. I NEVER asked for the credit, your employee offered and I accepted. So when customers call back in to get their credit, don't approach the situation with a crappy attitude. You lost a customer. Do better with your customer service...

However I ordered online like I usually do and when I went to pick up my order, the girl acted like they didn’t have it. I then showed them my email confirmation of my order and suddenly they pulled us up. The girl had our card when she came back and told us the first time she couldn’t see it, but after she said they found it she quickly swiped my card. Our order went way past the time we were supposed to receive our order. Basically they started cooking it when we arrived and didn’t tell us.
