I have ALWAYS loved everyone at each ARA location. (I've been to all of them now.) I was happy to ne able to visit the Kyle's location and was hoping to go there next year. HOWEVER, I don't know if the front desk was being 'observed' or what, but there was an older lady kinda hovering a couple steps behind the receptionists. She stood with her hands behind her back then she'd clamp hands in front of her...she totally looked out of place. When I had a question for the awesome receptionist who checked me in about the health questions, I spoke softly because I was nervous. (don't enjoy mammograms). The older lady hovering awkwardly in the background made a joke or thot she was being funny? I was not amused, and the other receptionists kinda chuckled but not willingly. Her presence was annoying to me, so I could only imagine how y'all's FANTASTIC front staff felt. If she was the supervisor hovering, tell her to wear a name badge and be the greeter on the LOBBY side of reception desk or stay in the back!!!! The front staff doesn't need to be micromanaged! I was already anxious going to have mammogram, and certainly didn't need the added awkwardness of someone standing behind the receptionists listening to every spoken word. It actually crossed my mind for a split second that maybe something was wrong in house! I had to stop myself from hightailing it out of there. Thank GOD the techician who did my mammogram was SPECTACULAR!! She was sooooo compassionate and gentle!! She eased my anxiety right away, and I was able to take deep calming breaths before having...
   Read moreI sincerely appreciate the 2ladies that squeezed me in last minute and how they went above and beyond not to mention how courteous and polite they were. Also wanted to give a shoutout to the mammogram and Ultrasound Techs, because they made a stressful day for me very pleasant and just the fact they were very respectful and didnât realize what I was going threw on that day!! Just makes me feel good knowing ARA have people that enjoy their jobs and didnât mind showing true southern hospitality!!! Kudos to these ladies because itâs rare nowadays to experience a smile let alone being sweet and seem to enjoy their jobs!! I would definitely refer anyone that wants to experience true Authenticity at its best, clean environment, customer friendly and management & staff members who really care about people .    Read moreUntil today, Iâve had nothing but positive experiences from ARA. However, today I called to schedule an US exam and was on the phone for 26 minutes to schedule a simple exam. The call center is located in the Philippines and it is extremely difficult to understand the individuals doing the scheduling and quite frankly, disappointing that this is being outsourced. The first time I called I spoke with a young man, then after 1-2 minutes, I couldnât hear anything from his end of the line. The second time I spoke with a woman who kept repeating herself for no reason. It is stressful enough for patients who worry about scheduling medical exams, then you put this nonsense on top of it (trying to communicate with someone from another country). It is a disservice to your company...
