As 10 year plus UFCU members my family, and I just wanted to congratulate and praise the Staff at Kyle Tx location on there above and beyond personal and professional customer/member service. From the moment the youngman checked my in at the front desk. Mr. Quiroz has helped us out several times, with student accounts and guidence with other accounts in a very professional manner. Today 6/16/25 Monday Ms. Itzel was a great help with concerns and issues with merchants and disputes. Itzel resolved all issues in a timely and professional manner, and assured me all had been corrected. Itzel went above and beyond when she noticed my worn burnt orange Texas Longhorn debit card , and issued me a fresh glossy debit card without even requesting one. It blew me away when Mr. Quiroz hand delivered the new card to Itzel for me! The family and I will continue being members at UFCU “Kyle” for these reasons. Read morePeople are nice. Institution could use better online & mobile capabilities. So many times I cant log into account, various alerts or sometimes none at all. Mobile app tells me no channels are available, which is weird. Online just says call them. Then tomorrow it'll work. Not the 1st time its not allowed me to login only to be fine later in the day. Mobile/Online banking has bugs & glitches. REAL big hassle if you ever NEED to use app at a specific moment, it might not work. EDIT: 2/17/2025 ATM is down, says my PIN is wrong. It's not. I was just curious about paying my credit card that I got through them and trying to understand if I'm ableto pay it with a different debit card or I have to transferfunds into my UFCU accountin order to pay it. She had me sit down and to talk to her and told me why she's having me sit down at her desk. The reason is to explain to me that I can't use another debit card.
