Which Wich — Restaurant in Kyle

As seems to happen with every restaurant that I come to love, they have changed their entire menu and removed many favorites. No more krab salad, no more bleu cheese, no more buying a few 5 dollar wickeds on wicked Wednesday. The cashier at this location didn't even communicate that they could only honor one per sale, even though we wrote $5 wicked on the bags. Seems like an easy thing to mention before you total up the sale and charge us full price. The sandwiches are still good, but all of the changes (only a few of which I listed above) have really taken away from our love of this chain. We've been coming here since it opened. They've swapped up the menu a bit and apparently switched out their register for new equipment. Overall the guys that work here are very pleasant and nice. Orders move quickly. We could have used a bag today and we got four sandwiches and a bunch of chips but nothing to put it in. I'm not sure where the breakdown happens with that. You give the cashier your order and then it's different guys that make your sandwiches so I'm not sure where the bagging would happen. I have come to this Which Wich location many times and I will keep buying their delicious food. Everytime I go in the staff is wonderful, no matter who is working that day or how busy they are. When the company had been out of the Philly meat and I frequently called to see when they would be in stock again, everyone who answer was just kind to me and answered all my questions. Plus the reward system they have is a bonus if you are looking for a place to have lunch on work or school days. 10 out of 10,...
