: ̗̀➛ first of all, i wanna say that the outside appearance of this McDonalds is actually slays. i love the glass windows and how it attracts people to go inside

: ̗̀➛ kids, attention!! guess what!!! there is a playground and it is very clean and it looks so fun! love the color selected and this will sure be a fun experience!!

So this is a copy of what I sent to McDonalds corporate. Think it says it all! I just have to say that was probably the best experience I ever had at McDonalds. Both of the ladies I dealt with were amazing and should get recognition. They should be used in training videos! They were on the older side and that probably has a lot to do with it because they understand how to be friendly and courteous. Very rarely do you come by that with younger people. The lady taking the orders and at the first window greeted me by name since I used the mobile app. Super friendly. The lady then giving out the food at the second window also super friendly. I did inform her how great they were and I will have to come back at this early hour again. Made my day of just being another day to being a day with a smile on my face. They exemplify good quality service. The other great part is it wasn't forced niceness. You could tell that this was truly how they were. So bravo to these two women at this location! Wish I knew their names so they can get the recognition...

McDonalds has become a bizarre experience. I’m 62. I loved McDonalds when I was a kid. In the ‘90s I ate there a lot because a cheeseburger, side salad and diet soda was a healthy, low calorie, low cost meal. I switched to Culvers, and now rarely eat fast food. Last night was brutally cold and most restaurants closed early. I was traveling so I figured I’d try McDonalds. I was shocked to see that a value meal was almost $8. I tried to figure out how much it was to buy the components separately, but the prices kept changing, because they didn’t have enough room in their unbelievably crowded, complex, electronic menu. So the price and size kept rotating.

Simplify your menu, stop serving breakfast all day, get rid of the dollar menu. A value meal should be under $6. A cheeseburger, small fries and a soda...
