Ahh the snappy tomato. An instant reminder of the tastes of another time. Allow me to take you back to 2010, a time long before Covid, the dawn of cell phones, and of course the prime era of snappy tomato. I had almost forgotten about this relic of my youth but when I remembered it best believe I got there real snappy.
Surprisingly but equally as welcome was the realization that recipe had remained exactly the same over the course of the last decade. To say I was thoroughly impressed was an understatement. Upon arriving I was greeted by an amazing cast of essential workers who are not only changing the workforce, but the game of pizza as a whole. The sauce was to die for, half baked uninspired pizza places like Papa Johnâs & Dominoes could never compare. The crust was something unlike I have ever experienced. The cheese so exquisite it would not be a stretch to say it must be imported from another land ?? Needless to say, an absolute delight to the senses !! I was greeted not only with a smile, but I feel as though I was recognized as an individual in this establishment and for that Iâm truly grateful. I wanna say thank you to the owners of this establishment for bringing a light to this town thatâs been shrouded in darkness for so many years. Thank you to everyone involved in making this place possible. Covid ruined many small business like my own, but I think weâve all been inspired by this establishment to not only prosper in our subjective work environments but make the world a better place.

Read moreHorrible customer service - by the franchise owner! My order was apparently delivered to our business, but the driver didnât attempt to open the door or call us. They sat the order on the porch in leaves and broken down walnut shells. Didnât attempt to call to let us know they put left it on the porch either then lied and said they rang the door bell of the business. When I called after an hour I was told they didnât have my order, then told they attempted to deliver when I opened up the door to find the pizza box in a pile of leaves and the bag in the walnut shells from the wind. I was told that I needed to listen when I requested a refund. I guess good customer service has went out the door for this business. When opened it was amazing. The franchise owner might need a customer care refresher. Very poor customer service- We wonât order from this local business any longer. Sad when dominoes and door dash know how to provide better customer service than this...
Read moreHonestly the best service and the kindest owners and staff all around! I hadnât had snappy tomato since 2011 when I was pregnant with my daughter and as a flight attendant I would always fly into Louisville too late and leave too early to even get a chance to order. The hotel I stay at is so far from them but I called to see if they would make any kind of exception and they did! Jay was so kind and he drove 35 minutes just to deliver me and my crew their amazing chicken ranch pizza! I am so beyond grateful! The pizza was also exactly how I remembered it! So Delicious! I wish we had a snappy tomato in SLC, Utah where Iâm based! Thank you Jay so much! This truly meant so much to me! I tell everyone all the time if they go to Louisville, they have to get Snappy Tomato! You canât visit Louisville,...
