Taco Bell — Restaurant in La Habra

The one on Beach and Imperial is the worst for fast service. They always have you waiting too long to get any service. Now the one on Whittier Blvd. They have better service and they've been there a long time. They can get pretty busy from time to time. Their right next to a high school and a baseball field, so depending on the time of day and what day it is, I would recommend going there instead. That post was YEARS ago, There's isn't a Taco Bell on Beach and Imperial anymore. The service on Whittier Blvd, in La Habra is, well... It's ok, it was quick and hot, but it's the employees that need to PAY ATTENTION to the customer. I have always ordered a Burrito Supreme w/ green sauce, and that's just how I ALWAYS asked for one. A BURRITO SUPREME w/ GREEN SAUCE. Very simple. Tonight, 2.13.2025, I asked for one and the girl says, "oh a green burrito" I said ok, but I want it SUPREME. Very clear, easy, right? Not for this one. I ended up w/ a bean and cheese burrito, there MIGHT HAVE been green sauce, not much, if there was. I was not happy, but I didn't feel like going in to complain. I went to this Taco Bell to pick up for uber. I’ve never had such horrible customer service experience. All the girls walked right by me, no greeting, and they weren’t even doing any work they were just talking to each other on the headsets. I finally got someone’s attention after waiting, she said she would let them know. Then she goes on her break, I assumed she communicated to her team there is an uber pick up, I come to find out she didn’t. So I’m waiting expecting it to be done soon. It was taking a while so I go up again and ask for the order. This new worker then proceeds to tell me they can’t make these drinks because the machine isn’t working. None of this was communicated to me when I asked the first girl. Then this other girl comes out with the drinks. This place is a mess. This whole staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Beware Rude workers ! Parked in parking which was scarce and worker gave me a bad attitude and pointed to her hat like only they can park there when there has been broken down cars taking up the parking spaces in that tiny parking lot, probably Cars belonging to workers they think they are above the law. Mind you no signs saying just for workers.Going to call city as well! As far as food my food portions were tiny probably purposely and I asked for a specific amount of sauce packets like it ask you and when I opened my group box there was only 5 sauce packets. When I asked for more, mind you I had a large group order. And the woman who got mad at us for parking in a parking spot was in charge and purposely gave us less of everything.
