My family went to this location 3 weekends in a row.craving banana splits only to find they dont have bananas. I even said I'd bring bananas from the store but she said i wouldnt get any discount...Tonight was the last straw as we decided on milkshakes..1st off when I walked in at 9:30 p.m. I heard a customer say to the girl behind the counter " wouldnt you know people start coming in right before closing time."..and the response from the employee was " yeah I know it sucks."...very unprofessional..Then she took my order ..I wanted 3 large milkshakes.." Uh we dont have.milk. sorry ."...Does the owner not realize how much business he is losing by not having enough inventory to satisfy customers orders??..Needless to say I or any other members of my family will NOT frequent this establishment...
Read moreI took my granddaughter for an ice cream “date.” The employee there, a male who seemed to be a manager or owner, was unfriendly and cheap! I went to bite my ice cream and it fell out of the cone onto the table outside the store. The cone was cracked and it’s clear that he didn’t pack the cone properly. I took the empty and.broken cone back into store and reported that the ice cream fell out of the cone, thinking he would replace the ice cream. Nope! He flatly told me he’d replace the ice cream but I’d have to pay for it AGAIN!! He put the new scoop into the same cracked cone and put it all in a cup! Paid $10 total for a scoop that fell and a replacement. Cheap and unprofessional! Never going...

I was offered a different type (why they get 2 stars) but when I respectfully declined, the kid mumbled something and hung up. When I called back, same kid answered I asked what he said before he hung up apparently I was told "you need to cancel the order" umm #1 don't mumble and hang up like I'm an inconvenience. #2 if you can't provide the service or product you should cancel the order as you should be explaining what happened to the Doordash folks, Not me.
