Iād have to say I love their product so far. Iām a huge smoothie/AƧaĆ person and I am always looking for a good local spot to satisfy my cravings when Iām too lazy to make my own. Movita puts out a great product although I wish their menu was more informative. I had to go to the website to get calorie breakdowns and all of the ingredients for their items.
I do have one HUGE complaint (hence the stars). On my second visit, after dreaming of their menu all week and wanting to reward myself with something made fresh to the order. I went in on Saturday afternoon (10/26/19) and ordered a Mr. Strawberry (perfect to taste). Their behind the counter staff is so so, could be a little more personable, but my complaint is with management/owners. After waiting a few minutes for my order in an almost empty establishment a manger walks in with a black polo shirt. Made an extra attempt to greet and take samples to the other 3 non Hispanic customers customers in the store and acted as if I wasnāt even present and standing waiting for my order. Twice he walked around me to get the samples to take to the other customers. One of the customers even came in after me and was greeted?! Very bad way to treat customers in a community that has a pretty large Hispanic population and in what we call the Northgate plaza. I hope this never happens to me again or to anyone else. Sad part is I will probably go back because I enjoy their menu so much. I just hope management reads this and fixes the problem.
Over all the product deserves a 5 stars, but customer service and respect is lacking, especially at a new store where they should be trying to keep customers not...

I got out and Gabriel looked me with his hands up in the air flailing and very upset at me. He said, "Why!?! Why did you use the bathroom? Now I have to clean it all over again!!!" - I felt bad and he made me feel terrible and guilty for using the bathroom. I offered to go back and clean it myself for him again, even though I already left it very clean... And even offered to give him a tip for the hassle. He was very upset and raised his voice at me, because it became an extra closing duty, and he clearly wanted to leave on time. I felt bad.
But then I gave it some thought... All I could think was, wait... This is a working bathroom, I'm a paying customer, and the sign said wet floor (but it was dry)... It didn't say I couldn't use it. I really had to go, so I used it, and kept it clean.
What is amazing to me is how Gabriel felt the need to flail his arm around and make sure I knew how I was ruining his evening, because I simply used the bathroom.
I swear, kids these days don't have any customer service training or skills, and don't have any respect for customers, or understand what is acceptable customer interaction.
Needless to say, I will not be coming back here, irrespective of how good the juice is. It's terrible that Gabriel felt like he needed to make me feel bad for using the bathroom because he had already cleaned it as part of his closing duties.
The other girl was acting more like a manager than Gabriel was. That guy should not be interacting...
