Starbucks — Restaurant in La Habra

So normally i don't really leave negative reviews but i definitely think this location needs it. Maybe they are understaffed or the workers are new and still are not accustomed to a fast pace work environment but whenever I go there no sense of urgency for the costumers waiting in line outside. They will take forever whether there are only 2 people and even worse if there's a long line. I've left my house 20 min early for work just to get coffee from this location, i only had 2 people in front of me and i was still late work. I'm thinking there was an issue with someones order or they ordered alot, cause these things happen. But no its the workers moving at the rate of Flash the Sloth from Zootopia. Never have i been to a Starbucks where they were not hustling and bustling to get orders out. I've worked my fair share of fast pace customer service jobs, so I've been on thier side of the window and I'd be fired if i ever had that lack of urgency for a customer's order. Sometimes they have a long line just because they are taking thier sweet time. I don't need to see you working so fast you're messing up orders but at least act like an establishment that's busy...

I recently visited Starbucks and was blown away by the exceptional experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The baristas were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me navigate the extensive menu to find the perfect drink.

I decided to try the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, and it was a delightful treat! The balance of rich coffee, sweet caramel, and crunchy toppings made for a heavenly combination. The presentation was impeccable, and I could tell the staff took great pride in their craft.

The ambiance was cozy and perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. I found a comfy seat by the window with a great view, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The playlist in the background added to the pleasant atmosphere without being distracting.

Overall, my visit to Starbucks was nothing short of perfect. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or just looking for a great place to unwind, Starbucks is the place to be. I can't wait for...

Seating in this Starbucks is among the best around. So happy it has come to replace the overly small one that was across the street and affected by the crowd outside. Ordering inside has been completely quick and polite for me and what I see for most people as well. Despite the bad reviews so far, I see everyone in there working very hard to get it done and they're not messing around. The employees were transferred there from other stores and the one nearby that was closed due to this one. However I have never ordered in the drive thru so I cannot speak in regard to it. My only negative for this Starbucks is..... for some reason, the internet is unbearably slow here. I told them the first day I came there which was only about a week or two after they opened and it is still the same after months. I cannot get any work done online there. Otherwise, it is a very spacious and polite and quick place. I sure hope they stop mismaking the drinks as described by...
