Great customer service always helpful and friendly. But doesn't seem to get my challenges from Starbucks when I get coffee here. I never get the Frappuccino credit or latte credit towards the challenges Starbucks offer.

Horrible starbucks would not go to this one -avoid!!! I went in today for a iced green tea- they left me standing waiting for 13 minutes 🙃 I was the ONLY inside customer - I stared at the green tea and the woman making drinks and the manager socializing with an employee and another cleaning and stocking the store and another male came in and also started making drinks as well- I had my dog in the car and I ended up just walking out without my green tea after they left me on READ (LOL) for 13 minutes - no one cared I was there for 13 minutes - no one cared that I was there at all - I at one point asked if a drink on the counter was mine thinking maybe I was crazy or missed something- I looked at the jug with the green tea and realized no one was ever going to fill a small cup with ice and tea - I ordered a small green tea with nothing in it and I was the only inside customer- 😀 🙂 😊 🙃 Customer service non existent!! Read moreConsistently disappointed by the customer service at this location. I've been to this location a handful of times, but try to go to other locations when I'm able to as it seems that every other time go there I have an issue with the staff. I don't expect folks to give me Disney quality customer service, but I do appreciate at least a minimal effort to be cordial. In the past I've had the "what do you want/is that it" type of interaction which is a bit annoying but necessarily unforgiveable. However, on one occassion they made a mistake on a drink I'd ordered, (iced caramel macchiato, they forgot to add the coffee so it was just caramel and iced milk) so, within 5 min, my boyfriend went in to ask for the correct drink, and instead the cashier accused him of tampering with the drink, demanded his receipt, and, when the manager finally gave permission for the order to be corrected, they had my boyfriend return the iced caramel milk, (which I suppose isn't so bad as it didn't much appeal to us anyhow) but it was still really frustrating for him. This evening I was picking up an order for my boyfriend's sister, (she had placed as an online pickup) for a treat for she and the other gals working the late shift, and since they had a pretty long line for the drive-thru, I opted to just get down to retrieve the order. However, once I had tried both doors to the shop, I found that they had closed the lobby nearly half an hour early, (the hours posted on the door state that they're open until 9pm and I'd parked at 8:38pm). So, eventually, after I knocked on the door for a few minutes, one of the folks finally acknowlged me and informed me that they had closed. I informed her that I was simply picking up an order, to which she responded that I would need to go through the drive-thru to retreive, (which was a tad annoying but not such a big deal), but what had really frustrated me was the second gal who ended up handing me the order at the window because she met me with, "sorry about that but we close soon and you JUST got here," I just say, "thanks" and head over to drop off the order only to find that one of the drinks wasn't made correctly and another was filled quite low.

Counterintuitively you are more likely to end up waiting on your order behind other mobile orders versus just following through the drive thru line. This location gets hammered with mobile orders especially with school back in session so this tip was given by the drive thru person today after I was told to park and wait 15 minutes for my order. This was after ordering 10 minutes prior to arriving which typically is plenty of time for a breakfast sandwich and nitro cold brew which involves no recipe prep so clearly this location just has trouble keeping up.
Drive thru lane will often have a customer service person taking orders in the parking lot to move things along so this can help when ordering in person versus using the mobile app too.
Having been inside during crunch time, the staff is clearly maxed out and doing what they can so this just feels like a management and above level issue to address and resolve.
Would be nice if mobile app could give you some kind of feedback when ordering but again, that’s outside the scope of adjusting this location can control or influence.
So, hopefully sharing the above advice helps future fellow Starbucks travelers in how to navigate this location.
I also took notice that many prior negative reviews are directed to a Starbucks feedback link versus offering any visibility into what management may be doing to help alleviate these pain points. Hopefully management at this location is getting the resources they need to implement creative solutions! This place could be the best in the area if they were! Good luck and happy...
