Super disappointing. I knew from the moment I pulled up that my food was not going to be good. For starters, your restaurant doesn't close until 1am. I arrived at 12:30 and all of the lights were off. I sat in at the drive thru speaker box for a few moments and was about to drive off until I heard a voice from the speaker box. I was surprised anyone was there since your menu was off, the store lights were all out, everything was pitch black when I showed up. Couldn't even see the menu. I ordered the baconator combo with fries well done. Just an FYI, fries well done is typically time and a half. Dunking the fries in the fryer for a few second doesn't qualify. I got old soggy fries that were just dunked back in the oil (I can see you doing so from the drive thru window) and my burger was old. Like that meat belongs in the chili you guys make the next day using the old burger meat. I couldn't even finish, my burger was so chewy and old. Not to mention the hottest part of the sandwich was the bread that you just toasted. Bacon was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. I totally understand like those last minute customers that show up right before you close, I was there only thirty minutes before that. I arrived to pick up my mobile order as I pull up to the window they inform me that frostys are unavailable. That was the entire reason for the order in the first place, they offered a small soda or a cookie as a substitute. I am out my free promo frosty and got a subpar substitution for my inconvenience. I would of appreciated a voucher for a frosty to come back a different day. Night management was not helpful and seemed to be too bothered to even try to be a little understanding about the inconvenience. He was very disinterested in trying to remedy the issue for both of my orders and the vouchers we used. Very unapologetic staff and seemed too annoyed to deal with us. We were the only people there the drive through and store was empty. Food tasted horrific for a tiny 10 dollar excuse for a burger, couldn't get more than 1 bite out of it before spittingit out. Read moreThis is my frist time ordering food at a Wendy's because my husband and i had a free small frosty. We put our order in with the free frosty codes and went. When we pulled up the the person at the window seemed annoyed and keeping sighing as we were an inconvenience to them. I let it go since i know fast food can be rough some days but then he proceed to tell us there was no frosty point and done, no sorry didnt apologize and went straight to gave us a substitute personally i would had perfered if I was given a vouch for another free frosty for another day since that was the reason we went. He proceeded to sigh loudly due to i guess took too long to accept the stubition. I would had been more understanding to the attitude if there was a line behind but we were literally the only car in the drive thru and store. we left with our food and stubitions feeling confused and angry.
