Went through the drive-thru around 1:30PM. I asked for one grande and one venti mocha cookie crumble. The woman who took my order said “oh I’m sorry I’m *almost* out of venti cups.” I said “okay, there are three people in front of me, are you going to have enough?” Her: “well I don’t know. I’ll make you two grandes. Please pull up.” Just cut me off. I’m sorry, HUH? She told me what I was going to order. Y’all weren’t out of venti cups, you were almost out. I pulled up to the window and asked if they still had large cups. She said “well I just didn’t know how many I would have left since there were people in front of you.” Uh, there were 3 people and you already knew their orders. Can she not count? Truly ridiculous. I didn’t catch her name but she was a bit tall with dark hair wearing a black shirt. It was not the blonde cashier-she was actually really nice. I’ll drive the extra few minutes to the Texas City location. Sad because the line was long, but it went fast. Could be a great place if the workers didn’t try to force customers to take only the orders that the workers want to make. Are y’all going to tell someone no if they order a sandwich too? What about if someone is lactose intolerant, are you going to tell them they are getting lactose milk anyway?

When I walked into this store, there were 4 people sitting at tables with drinks in front of them. A person behind the counter said someone would be right with me. A few minutes later, a different counter person said the same thing. A few minutes after that, I was told the same thing by another employee. At this point I went ahead and ordered via the app. I ordered a dbl shot of espresso. When I received it, it was not hot like it normally is but actually lukewarm. I asked the first person that told me someone would be right with me and the barista if they could hit it with the steamer and warm it up. The counter worker just shook her head and said no. I left disappointed and won't be back to this one. Also, I don't recommend this location to anyone.

The line was relatively short about 4 cars ahead of me, but for some reason getting to the window took well over a period of time I would've considered appropriate. It looks like they made my drink ahead of time and then had some issues with a few customers. Anyway, by the time I tasted it, I was very confused. Why does this taste like coffee?? Why is it so har down?? Then I realized, it was almost halfway melted. That's how long I was waiting :/ For being on the highway they really should be quicker.

I was excited when this Starbucks location popped up, since it’s very close to my home. Like most other Starbucks, they’ve always had issues managing their drive thru line. I know that’s normal, so I don’t hold it against them. Today I placed a mobile order and sat through the 20+ minute drive thru line for pickup. When I get to the window, the barista hands me my lukewarm sandwich. She proceeds to tell me that they had an influx of mobile orders, so there are many more drinks they have to prepare before mine. She asked me to go inside and wait for who knows how much longer for my drink to be ready. I told her that my estimated pick up time was 20 minutes ago, and she retorted that they had people inside who had been waiting 30 minutes for their mobile order drinks to be ready. I’d already waited long enough given that it was 20 minutes past the time my order should have been ready. I refused to go inside, which she seemed to have an issue with since she wanted to sit there and argue with me about it. I drove away, having prepaid $9 for just my lukewarm sandwich. I was not offered a refund or credit for my drink that I did not receive. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other Starbucks locations. I would suggest that this store close for additional training, and reopen when they can...

I placed a mobile order for pickup before heading to work, as I do every morning. When I arrived at the store, I found that the lobby was closed. This left me with two choices: either join the long line of cars in the drive-thru and risk being late to work, or head to another location, which would also make me late. I decided to stay and join the drive-thru line. Since I had already placed my order, I skipped the ordering box and went straight to the pickup window.

When I got to the window, I overheard someone tell the employee at the front, who was very kind, “Tell them to stop at the speaker next time.” At that point, I was extremely frustrated. Despite being proactive by placing a mobile order, I still had to wait, and ultimately, I was late for work. No one offered an apology; instead, I was given instructions on what to do next time.

I suggest that if the lobby is closed, mobile pickup orders should be disabled to give customers the option to go to another location. Additionally, an apology and taking responsibility for the inconvenience would have made a...
