Costco Food Court — Restaurant in La Mesa

I came to buy pizza for my football team and I asked the lady to cut the pizza up in party pieces she was unforgivable rude and acted like it could not be cut up more bc the kids don't eat all that food like that she was older woman working the front window calling ppl numbers to give them they order horrible customer service and she don't smile at all if she dont like her job replace her simple but to be that mentality at work os crazy to me then I talk to another worker and I told them how matket st and mission valley does it all the time for our organization and so they was likr we do it tthroughout the week but not on the weekedms ok the whole team is ridiculous they don't know how to handle high volume customers y'all suck never again will y'all get out organization money ever so I go get my pizza and they never put the order in ow I got ta wait 20 more minutes which marks well over an hour and i had to be atvthe game im a coach they are so unorofessional and lack problem solving all around. board and don't care to be sympathetic I pray y'all fix they customer service skills and they don't even call out the orders for the whole pizzas knowing ppl sitting right there waiting on they food sad case COSTCO WORST...

This food court closes at 830 and I got in line at 820. Beware! If you are there anytime around closing, be prepared for rushed service and hurried attitudes. The guy who seemed like a manager (Matt) called out last call for whole pizzas and said to order at a specific register. There was no clear indication that any of the 15 people in line needed to come NOW to order the pizzas... This was made clear when 2 women were very upset about them not being able to order a whole pizza and they unapologetically said they missed their chance... The cashier DID give great advice for next time (explaining that they can pay for their pizza inside and order over the phone) another employee began to crank the metal door while the women were waiting for their food and almost broke the credit card reader because they were so frantic to hurry up and close the window. It was 838pm when I got to the window and was greeted with over five "is that all?" "Is that all?" "Is that all?"s. Then they almost messed up our order. We ordered 2 chicken salads, 2 chicken bakes, 2 hot dogs, 2 turkey provolones, and 2 slices of cheese pizza. The food is always great... 2 stars for horrible rushed and rude service...

Food court issue: Ordered a simple hot fudge sundae via the kiosk for my daughter (most orders are done this way here now). Waited over 15 minutes for the order only to be told by the counter cashier that they had no hot fudge. After waiting another five minutes and watching them fulfill several orders, asked again about the refund as we specifically stopped by this day for that hot fudge sundae. With foul attitude the cashier interrupted an ok there employee, presumably the shift leader, to do the refund to which he took care of the issue in a timely fashion.

Three issues: 1) The kiosk should not have offered an item that wasn't available, 2) the cashier should have satisfied our ticket issue before continuing on with the next orders, and 3) the reason for this comment and low rating--Poor and rude customer service by the food court cashier.

Think twice before ordering at...
