La Mesa Wine Works — Restaurant in La Mesa

Friendly and Fun is the best way to describe this place. I went because a food truck I follow on social media was going to be serving food and I feel in love with the place. It's very clean and the outside has romantic lighting and nice heaters. The food was bomb and they even had live music. The server was bubbly and friendly, very attentive stopped by often to check in on us. She was very knowledgeable about the wines she suggested a few for my flight and I loved everyone. There is a pomegranate wine that's to live for: There is a calendar inside of the rotating food trucks and musicians so I'm excited to go back for some different food and wines. Overall great place for date night or night out...

Wonderful space and lovely sparkling wine and Syrah. We came here for my impromtu 30th bday and had a blast. They were totally fine with kids (before 7pm) and as a new mom this is a godsend! It's great to go to a place and celebrate without ppl staring you down cause you're having fun with a baby in tow. We made sure to leave by 7pm and let the adults enjoy their private time without kids hehe.

This is a great wine bar. A lot of people already know San Pasqual Winery, this is another collaboration with the owner. Its a much bigger space thats great for parties and events if you need room. They also have fun trivia nights and live music on the weekends and I'm sure we'll see some food trucks stopping by in the near future. Check out La Mesa's newest wine...
