McDonald's — Restaurant in La Mesa

The place was DISGUSTING. The manager was HIGH OUT OF HER MIND and the poor teenager cooking in the back looked SO UNCOMFORTABLE. While waiting for my food I watched the intoxicated manager come out of the back door mumble to herself and touch the dirty chairs to put them on top of the dirty tables in an effort to let me know the lobby was closing in 27 mins. She then barehanded picked up random trash scraps around the soda machine , then proceeds to come around the front counter and begin touching food, areas where food touch, areas where food is prepared WITHOUT WASHING HER DAMN HANDS AFTER TOUCHING THE DIRTY CHAIRS AND TABLES. The took a nasty looking rag and wiped the coffee syrups pump nozzles down with it and I almost gagged. Upon being handed the food I looked at the manager closer and her eyes were bloodshot, and her uniform looked like she hadn't taken it off to wash it in weeks. She slurred her words and couldn't seem to finish a sentence. She was going a million miles an hour while just spinning her wheels walking in circles. Needless to say we threw the food away but sadly that included the receipt with the order number date and time. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS...

We stop by this McDonald's (4340 Bonita Rd.)once a month or so and each time it's a disappointment. The girl taking the payments was on her phone when we drove up, so we waited for her to finish her text. Really? Put the phone away and do your job. I purchased the new Spicy "Crispy" chicken sandwich... probably the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had! How do you ruin a chicken sandwich? I couldn't eat the bun as it was stale (reminded me of tough microwaved bread). The crispy batter on the filet was soggy and the sauce was interesting, mayo and buffalo sauce I think. The pickles were good. When I called, I asked to speak with the manager and Lilly informed me that she was the manager. Instead of correcting the situation immediately she told me that I needed to come back in the morning to speak with the manager... Lilly, I thought you were the manager?? Haha. Geeze. In any case, this is my fault for expecting superior service from an establishment that is run...

This one girl working here closed early by awhile with her coworker, I would say 20 minutes before (on here it says 11pm they close). It's one thing to start cleaning up, but it's another to close earlier than the hours INSIDE of Walmart, where there is still a decent amount of traffic around. I think it is laziness.

Went up to the cash register it said closed. Thought it was just that one (there are two). Went to the kiosk and it said to order up front bc the kiosk was closed and it said on the kiosk screen to order up front. I asked the girl if they were closed. She looks glaringly at me and nods her head in a slow, can you leave me alone nod. Excuse me, but the sign says to go to the register. Just because one is closed doesnt mean the other one is.

Not always like this, but some of the staff needs to be changed to people who dont have attitudes. Probably is not everyone working there, but this one girl in particular needs...
