I highly recommend Touch-Tel for the quality of their repair work and outstanding customer service based on my experience over the past couple weeks. I visited the shop for the first time in mid December looking to have the battery in my Pixel 5 replaced. Dennis quoted me a price which was slightly better than other repair shops in our area and mentioned it was a risky repair as the screen was prone to cracking. He said if the screen cracked then he would have to replace it but that would be included in the price of the repair. Considering a replacement (refurbished) phone cost over $150 on Amazon at the time. I paid the fee and about two hours later left with a working Pixel 5 and new battery. The next day however, I noticed a dead spot on the display and visited the store a second time. I was informed they did not have a replacement display in stock but would order one and to expect in within two days. I visited the store a third time where the screen was replaced free of charge. The phone worked perfectly fine for about 5 days until I noticed the cell radio seemed not to be working correctly. I visited the store a fourth time to show them the problems and after a few minutes of troubleshooting a replacement Pixel 5 was ordered for me. Today (2.5 weeks) after my first visit, I received a completely refurbished replacement phone from Touch-Tel Wireless for the price of a battery replacement.
5 visits and about as many hours spent at the store/Grossmont Center waiting was a lot to get a replacement phone, but absolutely none of that was the fault of any of the staff at Touch-Tel Wireless. They did everything correctly and in the end had the best possible outcome for me. Their customer service is of a level to be admired and I am very appreciative of the level of service they gave me.

Read moreI have been to this establishment numerous times and didn't have any problems until today when they lost my business. They for one don't honor their lifetime warranty for repairs but that's not what has me upset (I had glitching issues on my phone & then eventually a green line on the right side of screen popped up that wouldn't go away). My screen wasn't cracked or anything like that so I wanted them to just swap it out for one that works properly. They refused to do so because they said the damage is done inside of the screen. I expressed I didn't mind throwing them some cash for labor/time but I by NO MEANS was trying to pay the $330 I initially paid for the screen repair. He agreed and told me he could do it for $50. I questioned him $50? He nodded so I agreed to have it done and came back twenty minutes later to have another worker ring me up for $250 (before tax)!! I was beyond furious and when we asked the guy who agreed to $50 he said "No, no I said $250... maybe my voice was scratchy or something." Absolutely unacceptable there is no way I would have agreed to $250. So $600 later I got a screen that appears to be working. Read moreAmazing!!!! I had a new Samsung S8 and the screen broke so bad I couldn't even pull down the notification bar! I had black spots, cracks, chips and a bent frame. I called and they told me to bring it in. I brought it in too late and the tech was leaving. He was sick as a dog. He told me "I will come in tomorrow, just for you". Sure enough when I showed up at 10am he was there. He took my phone and I watched him begin working on it. I had errands to run and told the tech I would be back or call me and he said okay. I got a call within an hour and he was telling me my phone was complete!!!! I go in and the frame is straight, the screens are brand new and the tpuch is running smoothly!!!!
