Long story short, I went to the store when the app said my pizza was ready. Went to the door it was locked, went back to my car to make sure I had not accidentally ordered it for delivery. Return to the door where the guy indicated for me to call the store. Went back to my car and then a man came to the side door and said it will be ready in two minutes. I started to explain that the app said it was ready. He just repeated, a couple times, Two minutes. So after about three minutes, the two minute man, Ed, brought the pizza to my car and scolded me stating I told you it would be two minutes. I tried to explain that the app said it was ready. He advised me we do not control the app and that is not my problem. When we got home approximately 10 minutes later, the pizza was warm the cheese was dry. Read moreWorst ordering experience ever! Ordered on-line carry out. Received confirmation of order and pick up time estimate. Upon arrival, "Trevor" said they didn't have the order and was convinced I hadn't placed the order. He finally finds it and says he'll cook it now. I waited 25+ minutes in the store while he was preparing other orders. Both Trevor and his co-worker complained the entire time about their c-workers delivery mix-up as well as their lack of earnings (wanting $15 hour) and the co-worker said if the CEO would give up one million of his annual salary it would help 1000 employees. Once my order was finally ready the co-worker tried to charge me again after I had paid almost an hour before on-line. This store experience was a pathetic...
