KFC — Restaurant in La Porte

We went through the drive thru this eve around 4:30. The man that was taking our order sounded like he either just woke up or was high as a kite & talking very low & slow. Then we could hear a whole conversation between him & someone else -saying Tristan did you get that order is your mic turned on. They repeated our order correctly - but at the window they handed us 1 drink & said the total was $9. something. We knew that couldn’t be right - we ordered 2 drinks, 2 mashed potatoes & 2 chic sandwich. We tried to get the guys attention but he already ran the card- so then he had to charge us for the second meal. He asked if we would pull around front- and said he would bring the other drink out with our order .we waited out front for about 10 or 15 min- which led us to believe they were cooking our order fresh. While waiting a couple came out looking irritated and the woman said” that was bull shit” The guy brought our order but no drink. We checked the order & the bottom bun on one of them was hard as a brick! Hard to believe it was even made today. We went inside and Asked for our money back - they said can we get you something else. I said no you have lost my trust now - just want my money back. The one young guy - I assume Tristan - seemed confused - he said I didn’t make the sandwich , maybe today was his first day- IDK. A lady came out from the kitchen - she said the best thing they have is the chicken tenders & nuggets. She put the money back on my card. Then a man popped out of an office to the left & said “did we get you taken care of. We said we just got our money back. Then he tried to get us to take the Dr. peppers. Oh and we brought 1 Dr. pepper back in with the meals and they had fixed 2 more for us- that they were going to bring out to us. So there were 3 big cups of Dr. pepper sitting on the counter. They really wanted us to take those drinks. Back to the man that came out of the office - his eyes were so red & he looked a mess. Oh, and a woman came out of that office at the same time. She went strait to the back. No body was in charge - we watched a couple of men carry their orders back in. While eating at another restaurant in the same area- we saw the man that came out of the office - ( I assume he is the manager)he kept coming out the back door & sitting in his car. We have eaten here before & it was ok. We probably won’t be back. Hands down worst experience at a restaurant - low energy , no training, uninterested. I would shut this place down & start over. colonel Sanders would be rolling over...

I came here for lunch with three of my coworkers and I was third in line. We all ordered the three piece big box meal with grilled chicken. And I was informed that they did have enough pieces to make my order. The first two of my coworkers got their order then I was waiting for mine and I see a Hispanic lady preparing the order for my coworker that ordered after me. So I'm trying to see what the deal is with my order turns out she gave him all of the grilled pieces. So I tell her what she did wrong. She gave my pieces to the order after me. So she told me there's no more grilled and insisted on giving me fried. I said no and she starts wandering around in the kitchen looking for something or someone. And I'm just sitting here waiting and no one is informing me about anything. So I go up and the manager tells me it's gonna be a wait..... why am I the one being punished when they messed up by giving my chicken away? I have a 30 minute lunch so I didn't not have time to wait. I just asked for my refund. What really ticks me off is that they have a screen of all the orders and she saw that my number was before his but she still insisted on making his order before mine! Either they need to hire more competent workers are just shut this location down all in all because you can't keep customers with horrible service like this. I went through the entire work day on an empty stomach and seriously contemplating to boycott KFC for my entire life and for my generations after me. I'll gladly take my...

This is the worst place ever!!!! Don't waste your time or money. We visited from out of state after leaving the beach only to be treated rudely and told we would have to wait 12 minutes for chicken. We weren't even made about the 12 minute wait with 6 kids, however, they rudely took our money and then continued to slam things around while making our food. When we asked for plates and silverware, we were told that they haven't had any for months. There is a Walmart right across the parking lot, GO AND GET SOME!!! When our food was finally done, they yelled across the restaurant "your food is ready, instead of just bringing out our over $100 worth of food. After we got plates and silverware and took our kids to the park to eat, we realized that we didn't have biscuits and our corn was ice cold. If the manager is the one wearing a red shirt, then she was the rudest and the one slamming things around. When we left the Kroger parking lot in their parking lot, we figured out why she was mad, we interrupted her smoke break! Worst...
