I have now lived in this area for 2 1/2 years and dawn donuts is my go to donut shop. The owners are an absolute joy and they really put in the effort to know their customers and their community! I'm a big fan of jalapeno kolaches with an actual slice of jalapeno inside, usually don't like the ones with the jalapeno sausages, however, the sausages they use here are actually really good. I also don't typically like boudain kolaches because the bread overpowers the boudain. Not here.
