I went through in the drive thru, I was sitting there for over 5 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there. So after I ordered and pulled around there was only 2 cars in front of me, that took over 20 minutes for them to get their food. About 10 minutes later, I was next, they didn’t have my food ready for another 10 minutes. Finally they hand me my order, I checked my bag before I left the restaurant.. they gave me the complete wrong order, I had to go inside to get it corrected, they weren’t very nice, I got a cold vibe from everyone working in there, a manager had asked me what was wrong, so I said the cashier handed me the wrong order, and he said alright we will get that fixed for you. So 15 minutes goes by, the rude cashier sits a bag on the counter, I go over there and check the bag, WRONG ORDER AGAIN. So I let him know, he takes it back.. another 15 mins later they get me the right order, they didn’t even bother to apologize, there was a guy in there waiting forever for his burritos or whatever, the place looked dirty and the cashier said something very rude to me that I didn’t deserve as I wasn’t rude to him or anyone in there, I simply just wanted the food I ordered for my husband and I. The wait time is ridiculous there, I won’t ever be returning to that Taco Bell unless they hire a new staff and fire the rude 15 year old looking cashier, that Looked like he needed a bath, and drug rehab.. he was definitely...
Read moreHands down the worst experience with a fast food restaurant I've ever had. First of all, me and my 2 friends ordered about $35 worth of food. When we received our order, we checked the bag. We were missing a crunchwrap supreme. So of course we go inside and tell them it's missing. So they send a big, I mean really big guy out to our car. He told us to get out and he looked through the truck to see if we hid it somewhere (probably due to our early 20s ages). I stood there speechless and not wanting to confront him, as I'm a short girl who was told to get out of my own vehicle. So I went inside to tell the manager. When I asked for him, a man (who was obviously the manager) avoided my eye contact and rushed to his office. The lady at the counter said the manager isn't in. I asked for the corporate number, she said they didn't have it. She was INCREDIBLY rude. So I started to get angry and i demanded the corporate # and the man who took us out of our car overheard me and said "isn't that what Google is for?". The woman proceeded to take other customers orders as the staff pretended I wasn't there. I ended up leaving. I will...
Read moreThe food is good and the service is fast, but one of the cooks came out of the kitchen to talk with a co-worker in the lobby and touched his arm and his sleeve to look at his tattoo, then took the gloves off and held them in his hand, put them back on and then went back to continue preparing food.
The same person later came out into the lobby to deliver food to a customer, then went to pick up a stack of used trays from above the trash can and took them back behind the counter. He then went back to preparing food without changing his gloves again. Is there a shortage of gloves at this location, or are they simply unsanitary and laxidaisical?
You are preparing and handling people's food and they are watching! If you're going to work in the Foodservice industry, at least be a conscientious worker who cares about "best practices" in the work environment.
Just act as if the Health Department is always there watching over you and you should be just fine! Anything less, go work somewhere else and in a...
