Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in La Quinta

Yesterday me and my friends went to eat at Carl's junior. While we had went to other places none would accept our 100 dollar bill which is reasonable. This place was the only place that took it and we are so thankful for that. It was 10 almost 11 and they still had a positive attitude to serve us. The only thing that had me concerned was the car in the front parking lot, risky move there. Just kidding. This is one of the best carls junior in the valley. Keep up the good work and I would most definitely will be telling my friends and family to go to this...

Overall a very pleasant experience. I met Xiomara a shift manager who had been with Carl's Jr for 18 years. She cared deeply about customer service and assisted the love cook with orders as she had many orders to take care of. I worked at Carl's Jr done 28 years ago and understand good customer service for this company. I have to say that this location had a good communicating shift manager in her that takes care of the customer... But still assist her crew when needed. I have Ave no pictures of this visit. I day just go and experience...

Have had great service here was one of my favorites but these couple last visits they've messed up my orders so disappointed. I ordered a beyond bbq no cheese , guess what they added? BACON! Who adds bacon to a plant based burger? They were trying to blame the cashier/order taker but I believe the cook's need more training when it comes to prepping special orders or a least pay attention to the screen order . Losing hope in takeout and trying to support businesses in these times while vegan . Mgr was not very friendly, not...
