The guy taking the order through the drive through kept interrupting me while I tried to place my order. I was getting food for myself and both of my nephews. I placed the order for the nephew that was ready and the guy said "will that complete your order" and I said no, and he told me my total. I said "I'm not done yet. I still have more to order". And he just goes "oh". I placed my second nephews order and while I was finishing that portion, he cut me off again. I said "I'd like a 20 piece nugget with a basket of fries and a chocolate mi..." but he spoke over me in the middle of the word milkshake and asked what the drink was. So I repeated it. Then I said "and I need 3 mcdoubles, a 10 piece..." and he cut me off again asking "will that complete your order". I could see on the board that he hadn't added the mcdoubles or my nuggets, so I said "no, I need..." cut me off again and told me my total. I told him "I said I'm not done". He said "oh" again and finally got the 3 mcdoubles and the 10 piece nugget. I asked for BBQ sauce. He told me my total again and I said "a large sweet tea too please and that will complete my order." He finally got everything and we pull up, I pay, and when I got our food, the mcdoubles were thrown together and lopsided. The buns were bent over themselves and the condiments were mostly on the wrapper. They put the 4 napkins I got on top of the basket of fries so the grease soaked through them all. And I didn't get any BBQ sauce. Instead I got sweet & sour sauce.
Overall, I felt rushed and like I was wasting his time while trying to order from him, so I will save him the trouble and just go to the next closest McDonald's to get my food...
Read moreIt's absolutely crazy as we seem to be getting trained not to look and / or care about customer service. I felt really bad trying to make a point after at 5:45 am. Friday morning, I am sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order, thinking maybe they are closed. After 10 real minutes, I pulled up to the pay window, thinking they didn't know I was there. After another 10, maybe 15 minutes seeing 4 different people inside moving about, one getting and sipping a coffee when a car pulls up behind, and yes, here comes an employee to the window with an order. I explained that I had tried to order with no one noticing I was even there. She the employee then started on this well I'm the only person here and, at which point I tried to explain that's all good and all except that really isn't the customers problem (well it was but I think you understand what I am trying to explain) anyway she then said also I'm working the truck by myself again I tried to say something along the lines that they needed more people. By the way, I saw at least 4 other employees, and yes, they may not have been on the clock, which is my point, really. Anyway, no customer service is just becoming the norm everywhere. All in all, this location is just a normal McDonald's, and when I say normal, I do mean very little customer service. Just accept it and move...
Read moreAnytime After 10 PM, this McDonald's is only good for long Waits, old stale food especially the fries, and disappointment. They mess up your order every time, they mischarge you, they forget things in your bag. In the biggest insult, the lady taking orders and working. The window doesn't speak English. She has to run to her manager as a translator. That's why she messed up the order. That's why she didn't understand why I asked for what I asked for. that's beyond ridiculous. Previous review I came to McDonald's tonight for a burger and fries and waited 35 minutes before I got to the front of the line. There were only 3 cars in front of me when I got there... once I got to the front of the line, the lady told me. "I'm sorry. I'll be with you in just a minute. " Then I waited 10 minutes. i then said something, and after another minute of silence, i was replied to rudely by a manager. The reason the wait is so long is because they're trying to keep their kpi speed of service down. Essentially they're making you bite the 30 minute. Wait time in between orders.
