The best pizza I have ever had and amazing pasta. my family and I dined In twice and we had the most amazing waitress her name was Hope and it has been so many years since I have seen such amazing and excellent service. She was very sweet and kind always making sure we had everything we needed, checking on us making sure the food was ok which the food was outstanding and the people were very nice and professional even the managers were kind we truly loved everything but we truly loved our waitress if u ever dine in at this place you will be amazied with the customer service and if you have Hope as your server you will get the most excellent welcoming service you will ever have. She even had little bags of fun stuff for the kids while we waited for our food We have been to so many places and none of them can compare to this place it is family friendly and so welcoming and the food is so amazing this is the place to go everyone and even though they were busy they still gave us excellent service. I placed an online order this evening Friday Sept 3rd. I was quoted 25 minutes. I arrived at about 25 minutes and the pizza ovens were empty. The gal at the counter checked the hot box and said not done yet should be done soon. Another 25 minutes later I asked what was up as I had seen many delivery pizzas start rolling out. I was told a catering order was being completed and sorry it would be soon. I said that doesn’t do me much good you should have put them in your system so your times would be accurate. They told me that they agreed the catering should have been prepared earlier. Then approximately 10 minutes later my order was done. I went up to the counter and was told sorry for the delay here’s your food. So this is the third time I have had to wait at least 25 minutes longer than your estimate. We have ordered from this location several times and I'm afraid almost each time there has been some type of mistake, unfortunately. Typically not one to dismiss a restaurant over one or two, or in my case, several instances of bad customer service or mistakes. However, the final straw was being placed on hold this evening, immediately after pickup, to only wait 7+ minutes on hold. I eventually hung up and did not return the call. Instead pivoting and ordering ordering from the Springfield location. (Much much better)

I have given this particular location chance after chance, but will no longer. Clearly from the reviews they are okay either being minimally staffed or lack a manager that can lead a team properly.
