Had 5 girls working up front. 2 drive through and 3 counter. The gal I had was apparently being trained. I asked her what items were on the 2pm-5pm $1 special. She did not know what I was talking about. She summoned a gal and who listed off some items one of which she called a small rings. I proceed to order 3 items off of her list. A shake, a snacker and an onion ring. She totals it up and it was way to much. So she calls the same girl up(she probably should have just stayed with the trainee). She said, "oh the onion rings are not $1". I said "you said rings"? Well rings is apparently what they call the curly fries. So I change it to curly fries. Then the fry cook is irritated that there was an onion ring he has started and doesn't need. I told him sorry and that it was my fault so he would not get mad at girl in training. Get to my car and look at receipt and was charged full price for the shake. Go back in and they tell me well you ordered a small not a snack size. They call up a manager who gets the story from the girl in a whisper voice as if she doesn't want me to hear. This makes me feel like they think I am doing something wrong. The manager then said, "well we already gave you the small shake". I said, "OK well I asked the girls right here what was on the list of items and ordered them. I am not sure where the mix up was but, I can go get the shake". She said, " Oh no don't worry about it". I left feeling like they were thinking I was trying to get something for nothing. If I had I would have had them remake the cold food and melted shake that was in my car after I had to go back in for 10 mins. To many workers with to little to do. I have managed restaurants in the past and it would not be the way I would do things. Just my opinion. I have a few Arby's that I frequent in different towns and they run smoothly. One that comes to mind has a lot of workers like this one did. But, they are all working; 1 is wiping tables, 1 is stocking sauces, etc. Felt a little weird having 5 girls all getting in on a transaction that should have been between me and the manager. On a positive note....I really liked how the restrooms were set up. They were in a separate hallway and were both one room boy/girl restrooms (like the family ones). If all businesses did this it would solve the debate over transgender restrooms. But the hallway also had an exit so you didn't have to go all the way back in the restaurant. And the exit was not accessible from the outside. Which would deter people who were not customers from misusing them. As they would have to enter where they could be seen by employees. It was one of the best set ups...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed in the overall experience I received at this Arby's. I ordered $40 worth of food, i asked specifically for plain no cheese no chedar sauce sandwiches, all of which were made INCORRECT with everything on it I had asked not to. Then I was told to come back in & they would make my sandwiches correct. So, I go back & again specify that I want plain no x,y&z on my sandwiches. Well of course they were made the same incorrect way as before. Therefore, I go inside and talk with Alyssa & explain that my food was made incorrectly once again. Alyssa was VERY hostile and disrespectful from the start. She proceeds to tell me that I did not ask for plain no cheese/no chedar sauce sandwiches, she then tells me she will not remake my food & that I would have to pay another $40 & re order everything. I was upset and said this makes no sense you guys made my food wrong... Alyssa then starts cursing at me to get out of her store that she will call the cops. I am beyond disappointed at the service provided as well as the foul language and disrespect I received from Alyssa. Please do not go here if you expect your food to be made correctly or if you expect to be treated with human decency & or respect. This location has provided me with the worst experience & I will...
Read moreFood was hot, accurate, and the fries were nice and crispy. However Robert at the drive thru window was just downright rude. I was given a condescending tone at the speaker before I even spoke to order and I listened to the man behind me ordering and it was the same tone so it wasn't just me. Then at the window I was given my food shoved in my hand and then the window was closed in my face as I was saying "thank you" but he couldn't even say thank you, have a great day, ect he also couldn't even have eye contact, just his arm out the window literally shoving the bag in my hand while he looked at the cash register and closed the window on me. He also did the same to the lady in front of me so I'm sure he'll have other complaints. I felt like I was just a credit card and on to the next car. While I don't feel like I should be treated special I am sure everyone just wants some kind of polite encounter since we are spending our hard working money at your place of business keeping you the employee, employed. We don't have to spend our money there and I will...
