Burger King — Restaurant in Lacey

I came in around 4:30 it was kind of busy but not too busy I ordered a rodeo burger and then two of the large chicken fry meals with two root beers I requested honey mustard and fresh food I even told them that I would pull around to the side and wait if I had to to get fresh food. My food was not fresh other than the Rodeo Burger and the lady at the drive-thru window forgot to give me my receipt. So I called and I asked if they would be willing to fix the order and give me fresh food I was told by the lady on the phone named Ashley but she was going to replace one of the meals for me and told them that I spoke to her so I drive across town and I go through the drive-thru and I tell the gentleman what she told me to say. The gentleman at the window popped off with a attitude. And he kept repeating himself do you have proof of purchase do you have proof of purchase and then refuse to give me the entire meal including the fries. So I wasted my gas to drive all the way across town just so they can give me more cold stale chicken fries with no dipping sauce, no napkins and a really unprofessional credit attitude. I can assure you that we will not be returning nor will any of our family members be doing so either. They should really work on training their customer service Representatives to treat the customers with respect at least. Come on you guys it's not that hard to be nice and respectful. And whatever happened to the customer is always right. What a waste of my time and money and to top it all off I'm still hungry so I guess next time I'm going to McDonald's at least they greet you with a smile there. Any who way to go guys you suck. If I were you I would avoid this place at all costs. Not only is the food not suitable for human consumption that's not even the worst part. The morning manager a very unpleasant large woman needs to be not only fired but criminally charged. My mind is blown that this person is allowed to interact with other people let alone coustomers. So here it is I go get some breakfast thru the drive thru. Take a couple bites but the breakfast sandwich is cold and stale. So I go to the dumpster and throw it away. So a couple hours later I realize that I lost my debit card. Me and my GF go back to look ak burger king thinking it may have gotten thrown in the trash with my bag of food I go to the dumpster to check. The next thing I know the back door flies open and a heafty woman says she is the manager and has a sidekick with her. She starts yelling at us together out of her dumpsters that we are stealing and she is going to call the cops if we dont leave even after I explain to her what is going on she continues to talk to the cops as im leaving giving them my plate number saying we are harassing and attacking her as we steal from her dumpster. I have no idea what I did to set off this volatile mad woman lying to the cops because im lo9king for my debit card. This woman is a liability and needs to be restrained and taught a lesson on how to treat people. Un...

I don't know who is running the Burger King in Hawks Prairie. For the last year, maybe a bit longer, the cleanliness and service of this particular BK leaves a lot to be desired. Especially when compared to the other 2 in our community. Today the restaurant was messy. We waited for almost 5 minutes for an acknowledgement. The young man who took out order was competent. Then the waiting started. When they called a number that was 12 ahead of us, I asked where our order was. The young man said it was because we ordered the plant based burger. "It takes a lot longer to cook.". That was our explination. So far it had been 12 minutes. At 17 minutes our burgers finally came. When the order was checked, we found the sandwiches to be lukewarm. Not wanting to wait another 17 minutes, we decided to leave. Continually, this BK has shown a serious lack of training and supervision. I know our 30 minutes there (for a to - go order), was but a snapshot of thier day. However, since this is a continual issue going back over a year ago, I don't believe it's any better at this point in time, hours later.

This parts is just a rant. Arby's gives this same size cup to seniors as a free senior drink. Really BK? Costs that much more for a to go drink that lasts thru the cold meal? Ok,...
