Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Lafayette

Ohhhhh !!! I DO love an Auntie Anne's pretzel !

These are not like you make yourself at home, or even buy in other places. Some places are more hard and crust..... these are soft and tasty!

I prefer just a plain pretzel, but Auntie Anne's has a variety. I know she has Hotdogs in a Pretzel, and salted. Maybe even a jalapeño.... I do not get these other flavors, so I don't pay much attention.

You can get a whole pretzel or bite size. In a cup or in a bucket...

I've never had an issue with food not service.

I went on sept. 10 at around 2:15 / 2:30. My son and I went. And the brown haired fella working, was so rude. I accidentally said a wrong word and in a conniving manner he laughed at me. And the girl waiting on us put her head down embarrassed. He checked us out still laughing and repeating what I said and then had the nerve to push the tip jar toward me. Which, for some reason I tipped him on the computer but lower than I usually tip. When we walked away he looked rudely at my son. I cannot imagine how he hasn’t gotten fired. My girlfriend and I went to the mall specifically for Auntie Anne's, and although the staff was nice, both of our pretzel bites had burnt ones in the bottom of the cup. There were several bites that didn't have a single grain of salt too. That's sad because we both used to love this place, but it's too expensive to have at least a quarter of the food be burnt or...
