Arrived and there wasn't anyone (hostess) there to greet us. This had to have been a few minutes before 3pm..anywho, the place was damn near empty..finally an employee was passing by and noticed us standing there but by then, I had already grabbed one of their menus. She then asked, "two"? I told her yes. She proceeded to ask if we wanted a booth or table. I told her that a booth was fine. She then said there would be a wait. I asked how long, she said about 20 min.. i told her that was ok, we would sit @the bar (either she was anticipating we would change our minds and leave or ask what other options besides a JUST a 20 min wait UNTIL I asked if there was a wait at the bar as well) 😔😔 so I say, "Ok, we'll sit at the bar then.." appetizer and food was brought out at decent times, however, I don't understand why we couldn't choose a booth when there was a couple that came in and were able to sit at a booth, unless by then, the anticipated "reservation" they were expecting to arrive, didn't by a specific time..and this same couple that was seated waited at least 10 min before they were greeted (that's how empty it was, to notice other patrons coming in and having to wait as well as we did when we walked in. She actually had to walk into the restaurant to alert an employee that they had been there for about 10 min) anywho, long story short, the food was great, besides the fact I had to return my ribs bc they were cold and appeared undercooked but the waitress assured me they would prepare a new plate (which I definitely appreciated it) the only issue is the lack of being prompt and attentive upon entering. Especially when the place is literally empty.. as well as waitress, pretty mediocre service but she appeared to be the only waitstaff there, which could be the reason why. I would return to this particular location, however during slow peaks or not, there should be someone there to greet...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chili's and felt compelled to share the outstanding experience I had, thanks to an exemplary team member named Sache. From the moment I was seated, Sache's warm and personable approach made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
Sache demonstrated a remarkable blend of professionalism and genuine friendliness that truly set her apart from my previous dining experiences. Her attention to detail was impeccable; she ensured that my table was well-maintained, my drink was always full, and any additional needs were swiftly taken care of before I even had to ask.
The level of service provided by Sache was nothing short of extraordinary. She was knowledgeable about the menu.
What truly made Sache's service exceptional was her ability to create a memorable and personal dining experience. She engaged in just the right amount of conversation, had an infectious smile, and consistently checked in to guarantee my complete satisfaction with the meal.
It's been a long time since I've received such excellent service at a Chili's, and it's employees like Sache that elevate the dining experience from good to remarkable. She is a credit to your establishment, and because of her, I will not only be returning but also recommending this Chili's location to friends and family.
In a time where outstanding service seems to be a rarity, Sache renews my faith in the power of a great dining experience. I can't thank her enough for making my lunch so enjoyable, and I hope that her exemplary performance is recognized and rewarded accordingly.
Way to go...
Read moreMy wife and I went there tonight. Didnt have to wait long to sit. Our server Lexi that took our order was very nice and polite. I ordered the Alex Sante fe burger, and my wife got the Brisket Quesadilla. I've had the Santa fe burger before and never had any problems with it. I go to open it put some A-1 sauce on it, and there is no guacamole on it. I had to look on the site to see what it came with again, it had been awhile since ive had it. This is the exact reading of what it comes with. "Guacamole, pepper Jack, diced onions, Jalapenos, tomato, pickles, cilantro, drizzled with Santa Fe sauce". It did not have guacamole on it. I asked Lexi about it and she said she would get me a side of it. I got some and proceeded to put the guac on it, and saw they had DICED jalapenos. I dont remember seeing the description as diced. It just said "Jalapenos". The onions came diced exactly how it said, that right there is misleading to customers. Sliced jalapenos are a better option, me and other customers could choose how many we want on it and could better pick out the seeds if need be. My wife was pointing that out to me about her quesadilla also, of the DICED jalapenos and could not finish her meal. Descriptions are everything to a customer, if they are paying to eat out. Chilis used to be really good and i can see how some people have been complaining about it recently. If something is not broken, dont fix it. Our server Lexi was very nice and we dont blame her for this disappointment of a meal and this sad state of what this restaurant used to be. And more thing, bring back the house...
