I would give zero stars if that was a choice, I ordered online and with reluctance I pushed place order. I have never been a fan but gave them a try, well the sandwich I ordered was not correct. I promptly called after realizing it and tried to explain my situation, the next words out of the person answering's mouth were "well you ordered online so that's what you got, sorry". followed with my hanging up the phone because the next words out of my mouth would not have helped... so the other person i ordered with, called back and tried to rectify the problem. wWith no success other than them refunding the money and basically making it sound like they were coming back to get the sandwiches, which to be honest I didn't really care about because I wasn't going to eat it anyway. I tipped $5 on $15 order, now in the scheme of things not a giant tip in comparison to $500 on a $1500 bill but needless to say the math still works out percentage wise, you get my point! I have gladly accepted that Jimmy Johns will never get my money and they have actually caused me to write a lengthy review which I never ever do!!!! Read moreI tried to order food the worker came all I had was a 50 so she told me she would have to go back to the store and get change in which I said that was fine because I am working and could not leave my clients home alone to pick up food then less than 10 minutes later I got a call telling me that they will not be back and that they could not take my $50 because the worker was not aware that they could not take a $50 bill for my food, they were very rude about it unapologetic never tried to fix the issue at all I was talking to one person to start a conversation and the more questions I asked they just put someone else on the phone which sounded like all kids never said hold on he was a manager or anything and when I asked for a corporate number, they said that they were unaware of any corporate phone numbers that Jimmy John’s has. Read moreComing from out of town, we placed an online order for a different location. Apparently that location closed as we were getting near, so they moved it to a different store. Not a problem, so we went to the store we were sent to. We called to verify they were still open, as online says 11 PM. No one answered. We called 5 times. We get there, and they were closed.
We called a different jimmy johns over on Creasy Lane, and they were so pleasant and even tried calling the store we were sent to. The person at the new store took our order and helped us out. I understand closing, I really do. However, I don’t understand why our order was sent to store that was closed.
