Always great food always great service however, I was a bit surprised by my drive-through pick up order for my mobile app that I was immediately given a pre-authorization to do a tip. I drove myself. The tipping culture thing has kind of gotten out of hand. I usually tip if it’s delivered but that was a little shock. I guess it’s new to your system. I always thought that they did a good job before I tipped on a drive thru pick up, what was disappointing is that the girl didn’t even say anything to me she just handed it to me as if it was expected...

It had been at least 2 yrs if not longer since I had been to Jimmy John's...I ordered the new sandwich which had steak fried onion sticks thousand island dressing...I don't remember them before taking out the pulp of bread on one side and throwing it in trash,but they did this time..I am a part of a recycling company for food and what he threw in trash can be made into mulch..I hate to see food or scraps go to waste...I wasn't impressed with the bread it was like eating hard old bread...maybe that's why I haven't been to a Jimmy John's in...
