We had a pretty rough experience tonight. We were excited all day to eat at Noble Roman's and watch the Purdue game. Things started of fine, we got drinks and put in an order of breadsticks with extra cheese sauce. Then ordered our pizza and salad. The breadsticks came out and that's when things started going bad. My daughter forgot to ask me for marinara sauce, so I tried to stop our server when she walked by. She ignored me and walked past our table. She then grabbed her jacket and went outside. We did not see her for about 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, the lady consolidating orders in the kitchen came by to clean off our table. I also stopped the manager to refill my soda. When our pizza was ready, the manager dropped it off without engaging us or asking if we needed anything. Right after that, we noticed four police officers walking around inside the restaurant and going into the kitchen. Seemed wierd, but we were hungry and started eating. Our server reappeared and it became apparent that the police officers wanted to talk to her. We never saw the manager again and nobody ever came by to check on us. No more drink refills, no offer for parmesan or red pepper flakes. It would have been easy for either our server or the manager to ask someone else to pick up our table. We probably spent an extra 25-30 minutes in the restaurant due to all waiting. On top of that, the pizza was burnt around the edges and my daughters wouldn't eat the crust. We also never got our salad and didn't realize until it showed up on the bill. Our server finally returned in time to give us the bill like nothing had happened. I understand that something out of the ordinary was going on, but we could have been helped by someone else, if anybody had cared to notice us. This was definitely not what we expected after being excited to eat...
Read moreI want to give them 5 stars 🌟... we ordered the Mafioso, the Greek(this pizza is FIRE) and some wings. 1 Sicilian and one traditional. However, they both came to us traditional. No biggie. I spoke with the manager( very nice lady) who put in an order for the right one. This is where things started going south pretty hard. This was an order I put in per my BOSS's request. deep breaths I waited 20 minutes before returning and it takes 6 minutes to get there. After telling the the ladies at the front what I was here for, I sat down...I've been sitting here for an hour.. no one said anything to me, checked on me or anything. Soooo...I went to the front desk(again) and the girl grabbed all her stuff and left. Not a word. Didn't tell anyone that there where 4 people in line. Nada. FINALLY, some guy walks by and asks if we have been helped. He went to check on my pizza and said they gave it to the wrong person(he gave me a drink though, thank God...that's why it's 3 stars instead of 1). At this point I'm over it and my boss was ticked off. About 15 minutes later I finally got...
Read moreWhen you first come into the store you can tell that they want you to have an experience with being there. Right when you come in they have the line where the pizza is made set in a way where it's a show being put on for you. It makes it a fun and family friendly atmosphere because of that. With that the customer service is ok, not the best but definitely not the worst. After that things go down hill. The pizza was subpar at best. The crust of the pizza was pretty good but the topping I chose which is a pretty standard pepperoni tasted awful. It ruined they whole pizza. I have tasted microwave pizza with better pepperoni then the one that was served at Noble Romans. Also the price was pretty high for what you get especially considering the quality. You'd be better off going to little Caesars and getting a pizza there than ordering there over priced version of little Caesars pizza. With that I do not recommend going here but if you choose to come here you will enjoy the atmosphere and...
