This was the best teamwork in the fast food industry i have seen in a long time. I ordered by Mobile take out at the evening rush of 530 pm to pick up my dinner on my way home. The line for the drive thru was rediculous and so i figured it would be a second anyways I'll just go in. The amount of ppl in the lobby made me regret ordering but then i decided to pay attention and just wait it out. I watched as a restaurant full of ppl complaining both inside and coming in from drive thru continued to just kind of get louder and louder about the wait and the time .... But these workers just kept on pushing it out. Never once was a voice raised as i have witnessed elsewhere. When the front line called for something it was a matter of seconds before it was brought to them. They were constantly in a rotation and everyone took over and swapped stations to ensure the flow of the food and orders even tho they couldn't help the wait time. I just wanted to applaud them. They never once looked discouraged. Just got it all handled. And the customer service never faltered either. I think this was my best experience i had even tho the wait was long we definitely need more teams that work together in not only fast food but in other businesses as well as this team did. Thank y'all. And for those who actually complain... Remember. We now have not only drive thru and lobby orders in the food industry ... But also waiter... Mobile orders... Curbside pickup... Read moreI mistakenly ordered from this location on 4/30/24 through my app while running errands after a long day at the office and trying to get back home. I often forget about this location as it’s not somewhere I pass often and it is typically out of the way for me. However, the order was placed and paid for so I rushed across town hoping my mistake wouldn’t make me late to pick up my daughter from dance on the way home. But from the moment I entered the drive thru, I was greeted by a team of smiling faces that truly cared about making sure my order was not only out in a timely manner but cooked to perfection. The manager also assisted the gentleman who walked my order out and I immediately knew why her team was so pleasant. Ms. Jennifer Smith went above and beyond to make sure my experience at her store met my expectations. Her management skills spoke volumes. Read moreWe were very disappointed in the service and food at this location. The staff was not friendly matter of fact they made us feel like we were bothering them when we asked for a plate or fork. There was only one worker that was friendly and helpful unfortunately she was the one that was being told by the shift manager to put out the trash. When we walked in we were greeted with ugly stares and attitude so much so my wife asked if they were about to close and we were keeping them open. We arrived at 6:45 and was told we would only be allowed two plates cause buffet end at 7:00. There was no spicy white meat and there was none when we left after asking twice. I was forced to eat the mild which was very cold, everything was cold and taste like it had been there since noon. Every side on the buffet was either empty or close to empty. To top off our experience at 7:00pm someone shouted as they banged a large spoon in a container and said last call for buffet as she pulled up everything on the buffet. I will not be visiting this...
