Me and my family came in on 09/02/23 at 1:30 to get a tea, the young lady running that shift was very un polite & unprofessional. We were new to the town was trying to find our forever tea place when we wanted to get one, but this will NOT be the place and I do not recommend this tea shop! Was not helpful what so ever. I asked for specialty drink and she told me “hopefully this isn’t a shake because if so I can not make it for you” I payed for a $12 specialty drink my drink was not what it was suppose to be! Lady gave me a loaded tea instead the specialty drinks I usually get in my old home town was creamy texture and I asked the lady if this was a specialty drink because usually it’s creamy she smiled and shook her head. She obviously does not know what she is doing at her job. So I payed for a $12 drink and it was not what I expected! Waited around to see what drink I wanted, I finally got in line she skipped me and got the woman behind me instead that ordered 4 to go drinks and I was there way before that lady was even in line. And I am big on customer service, don’t run a store with terrible customer service. Every store is different on flavors and what they have going on so help your customers on what teas and flavors they like. That will help you have people...

I was told about this place from a patient who raved about how good the teas were and the staff friendliness. Well I tried it this morning and I got total opposite. Only 1 of the 3 girls there spoke to me after I left the guy behind me go because I said that it was my first time there and I was unsure of what I wanted. She asked me what flavors I liked and if I liked sweet vs tart then told me about one tea. I wasn’t offered a punch I had to ask for one. I've been going to this location for a while and the drinks have always been great. I normally get bottles to take back home and put in the fridge. The last two bottles I got were extremely watered down and not sweet at all. I don't know if they've changed the recipe due to cost or what but if the next ones are this watered down and unsweet I won't be back. These drinks are entirely too expensive to have wasted my money on two that's taste like unsweeet Kool-Aid at best. I will adjust my rating based off...
