I visited the store because it's close to where I work however it's always a guessing game as to whether or not my drink is going to be right. I gey were all human and mistakes are made but somedays i just want my coffee right and paying insane prices, it would be nice to not have to put forth the effort to go around, park the car, go inside, complain about the drink, and so on ...The other day the lid was not put on the cup correctly and it spilled all over me and my car. I was not given a discount or compensated for having to have my car detailed for the milk and syrup that was now in between the seats and the dry cleaning bill for the clothes. Recently when I went to the store i sat in line for several minutes waiting for the order to be taken as were other customers behind me, only to be they changed their hours. There was no notice or posting that they had new hours, nor has it been updated on tge website. If you're going to change the hours you probably need to post that and make your customers aware, instead of making them sit in a line waiting to be...
Read moreMy experience at this specific location has been consistently underwhelming, if not down right disappointing for about the last 18mos. And when I say consistently, I mean that I used to stop in about twice a week here. The staff seems overwhelmed at all times, and the vibe (read: the majority of their attitudes) reflects this. The line outside is nuts. The line inside is nuts. Pre-order through mobile and arrive only to find out they are out of your item and offer no refund because "I don't think we can refund through the app." Speaking of being out of items, why doed this location in particular never have really common stuff like cold brew, seasonal drinks, etc? It's become more of a frustration than anything, so I drive through at PJ'S or get down at the Starbucks in Target if I'm in no rush. Seriously, the walk into Whole Foods across the street for a made-to-order drink with many of the same offerings as Starbucks, for a near identical price, is actually preferable...

This is the second time we’ve had this happen within the last 3 months. They said they could accept mobile or drive through orders so we went outside and placed our order. After about 10 minutes we go inside to see if our order was at the mobile counter. It was not, so we took a seat inside to wait. I ordered a boxed apple juice for my 4 year old so my wife asked the barista if she could just grab the juice out the cooler. The barista rolled her eyes, scouffed at her, made a “shoo” motion with her hand and said, “sure whatever.” Then the same barista made my wive’s drink incorrectly as well. The barista’s name was Abby.
Abby, from one former barista to another, if you hate your...
