I went into this location on 7/26 to purchase a chair. The chair I wanted was not in stock. No problem. The lady ordered the chair with a delivery date to the store of 7/29. I also paid for full a assembly of said chair. I got notification that chair arrived on 7/29 I was like great I'll even give them a extra day to put chair together. I arrived to this location how about the chair was not assembled on 7/30 when I got there. Guy up front said noone told him chair needed to be put together. I said I can show you differently as I paid for full assembly. He goes on to say I don't know when it can be put together. I'm thinking that's a store issue not my issue. He then continues to help other customers in line. I said I just want my money back at this point. He says he is busy go to the print center for a refund. I go over the girl over there instantly has an attitude saying what is going on when I'm sure she had just heard the whole interaction. I told her the guy told me to come over to her for refund. She was like you have to go back to him as he is the supervisor. I said your supervisor told me to come to you to process said refund. She begrudgingly did the refund. Smh. All-star staff there 🙄. Read moreSo staples is no longer customer friendly!!! They want even send a fax for you. Why do you have a fax machine if you don't send faxes. It would take less than a minute to dial a number. But they want you to go to this "self serve" machine, get a card to put in a fax machine. Go to the fax machine and put this card in there. Then send the fax. Ok, that is just to many steps when the employee could take the number, dial the number, wait on another customer while waiting on a confirmation number. Less than a minute verse go here go there.
