Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Laguna Beach

Honestly this is the worst Jack in the Box I've been too. Today I went through the drive-thru at around 7:30 a.m. and I had ordered something for my buddy that was in the car and then I asked to start a separate order for myself and it had been no more than 30 seconds that I was looking at the menu that the guy that was taking my order said "ok...you're running out of time" in a rude tone. I'm one to never make a fuzz about things like these because I understand people have a lot to do at work and it can get overwhelming sometimes but this time I was very annoyed because there were no cars behind me and only 1 in front of me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Showed up around 1030 PM and needed a minute to think about what we wanted. Dude said "can you hurry up? I'm on a timer" Get to window, checked the food, one of the sandwiches we ordered was wrong so I told them we wanted it plain. She just looks at it and says, "so what do you want me to do? I can take off the stuff and get you a new bun but the cheese is melted to the chicken. Otherwise itll take 5 minute" She was so annoyed with us being there. Just wanted us gone. This is my first visit to a Jack in the Box, and I would describe the experience as unremarkable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a parking lot, which was very welcome on a busy part of the Pacific Coast Highway.

Once inside, we had to wait a while for our order to be taken, despite it being ostensibly empty. The ordering process was easy, and the food arrived promptly.

I had the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, which I would say is the equivalent in size and quality of a McDonald's double cheeseburger. The fries were good, if a little oversalted. I could see myself returning if I needed something quick from a drive thru, but I would not make a...
