Everything on the menu is a topping that goes on the chocolate they dip your base in/put in cup. The featured section rotates so menu photos may not reflect why they currently offer.

Concerns: I don't understand why they put the entire chocolate dipped base in the topping bin, getting chocolate onto all of the toppings. I feel like the whole process could be more efficient. Regardless, our soft serve was dripping before we even walked out of the store so maybe get something else if you don't want a mess.

The place was super busy with a line out the door! It looked like one experienced worker with two trainees, but they were all hustling and moving people through the line.

I was going to get the soft-serve dipped but their vanilla was not frozen (they had just run out and added more mix) so I got the bar instead.

If I were to go back I'd get the bar anyways though! It was awesome.

The chocolate coating was high quality chocolate, and the toppings were generously applied. I got pretzels and salted caramel sauce.

This place is tasty. Very sugary sweet treats, but yummy. We ordered one bar and one soft serve type, but the soft serve is a way better base. The girls working the ice cream shop were young, but attentive. But, they had no AC in the shop which was really brutal with our hot summer. I asked one of the girls about the heat and she said the AC broke. But, you're in Laguna Beach, charging top dollar, have a busy flow of people non-stop and have ice cream and workers that need to be supported with cooler conditions.
