Ok so their may be no such thing as a super In N Out, they are all relatively similar in size, but I've always wanted a massive location. This is the exact opposite. This is the smallest location I've ever been to. A dozen parking spots, but a solid amount of street parking, but beware people fly down this road so crossing can be dangerous. When the afternoon wind blows over the hill you can smell it as you drive along the 5, but by the time you realize where it is if your unfamiliar with the area, the exit has passed.
Double drive thru lanes don't really make it any faster. Service can be slow, but I think it's because of low capacity. Food is excellent as can be expected for all In N Out.
Service is excellent as well. One 1 of my recent latest trip I got a Double Double and a shake and had 4 dollar bills and a hundo and they were fine with the shorting. When I tried to pay it back on my next visit in a tip they would not accept. I guess it's better than trying to break a large bill at closing. Outdoor seating is limited as are most locations. They have less staff so the dining inside and out can be dirty sometimes. Not much else to say other than then not having a 2nd window per line for ordering...
Read moreWe have been patronizing In and Out Burger for many years. We live nearby the store with the double drive-thru just off of Avery Parkway. My son used to work there as did two of my nephews. We always enjoy their food there, and the kids they have working there are just great! We had an unusual experience there yesterday. There are only a few tables there and they are right near the cars of the parking lot and the drive-thru so it's not a particularly great place to eat, but we were sitting at one of the tables eating our delicious double-doubles. One of the employees stop by our table and asked if we were enjoying our food and asked if we needed anything else. I had forgotten to order my wife's chocolate milkshake and told him we would like to have a chocolate milkshake. He went in and got it and brought it out to us and then would not allow us to pay for it. In my opinion, one of the marks of a good restaurant is when they allow their employees to serve the customer even at a slight expense to the restaurant. That small food cost built a lot of goodwill and prompted this review. We love In-N-Out for its high quality and low price points. But we also love it for its people and...
Read moreHad issues with my food here at night twice, I’m nice to food workers as I am a food worker. The first time they handed me the wrong food, didn’t realize until I had pulled into a parking spot, went inside and the ticket was for the food I ordered, but the food was incorrect, the gentleman looked at the ticket and the female behind him said, “oh that’s where that went” and proceeded to hand the food out the window to the next customer, if you work in food you know the issue. Tonight I was unfortunately one of the last minute customers, there was confusing over every aspect of my order, and when I got to the window, they charged me for and gave me a double double when I only ordered a cheeseburger, they did give me my strawberry shake correctly, but left off my sprite that was supposed to come with the meal (he repeated the order back to me correct) and then when I said there was supposed to be a sprite he did charge me for it (I understand but this also wasn’t a problem with me ordering as he read it back to me correct). Unfortunately won’t be going to this in-n-out anymore due to these issues. The person at the window wasn’t rude, but was also in no way wanting to deal...
