Rubio's Coastal Grill — Restaurant in Laguna Niguel

Chase was a gracious team player in getting my order in, while also making my day with his warm spirit & down to earth quick chat. He even kindly helped me find vegan options on the menu! I was impressed by the speed of the restaurant's preparation of my meal. The food here is amazing! My food was absolutely stellar in taste and freshness as always. This place is great if your looking for healthier options. Inside was very cleanly, and had indoor spaced + plenty of outdoor seating. With restaurant team players such as Chase that care genuinely of providing quality service while also treating guests with absolute care + great vibes, will have many others & myself returning back for certain. I am so sorry my previous rating was apparently a pocket review!! Because I did not eat at Rubio's that night, so I would not leave a rating for somewhere I did order food from. My son and his wife ate there. I got food for another restaurant in their food court and met them inside Rubio's. They enjoyed their meal and they enjoyed their meal. And everything was good. What I can say is that the owner after seeing my rating contacted me and wanted to know what the problem might have been! Which I think is wonderful. It is very rare , Great customer service Rubios. I ordered their fish bowl late at night. The fish came back raw and they apologized and said they will make me another one. Then they told me that the grill is already closed, so they said that they will give me a refund instead. What's really annoying (besides the fact that the fish is raw and I'm still hungry), they won't give you a refund. They get your name and number in a book and said to come back next time to get my next meal for free. Just ridiculous. I don't even want to come...
