Curieux de découvrir cette nouvelle chaine de sandwich qui vient d'ouvrir à Lake Charles j'y ai commandé un Mike's Famous Philly en Giant. Le sandwich est gros mais rien de dingue. Le pain est industriel, assez fade et sans grand intéret. La garniture elle est écoeurante et pas équilibrée. Le fromage est trop présent et trop gras et la viande pas vraiment cuisinée. Le sandwich coute 18$ hors tips ce qui est délirant vu qu'à ce prix il n'y a ni boisson ni side proposé avec (une salade ou un paquet de chips ou un cookie aurait été bienvenus). J'ai du mal à comprendre le succès et la hype par rapport à cette chaine qui propose des sandwich hors de prix (pour moins cher vous avez accès juste à côte à un sandwich de poulet frais, avec des sides cuisinés et une boisson, ou tout simplement des buffets à volonté comme Golden Corral, LA Stard, Gatti's Pizza) qui ne sont même pas bons (un sandwich de Walmart à 8 dollars aura autant de goût). Bref le succès de ces sandwich est une énigme pour moi, dans tous les cas j'ai essayé, une fois mais pas deux !

The employees are so friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and fast! We love to pick up a sandwich and enjoy it in the park. Definitely, one of our go-to places when we need a quick lunch.

My fiance and I stopped here for a small dinner and it was somewhat busy. I ordered a regular club, he ordered a BLT, both the way they normally come. His sandwich was made correctly - aside from it not being microwaved when he requested it. They then did a completely different order before they made my sandwich and I had to step out of the way, so I couldn't really see how my sandwich was being made. The club is supposed to have bacon and mayonnaise on it - it had neither. Fairly disappointed as I couldn't say anything due to them having moved onto yet another customer by then, and I feel like I was partially ripped off because I didn't get the bacon topping I paid for. I may try this place again, however, some other sandwich shops in the area are priced way less for more food and in my opinion, better sandwiches made the correct way...

Actually never been to this location. But I know it's good food and will do a review if I should visit here. I keep trying to skip it, because I haven't been there to give a fair, honest review... I've been to a number of Mike's... always fresh and good food... and that salsa sauce stuff... oh man... so good. Try it if you havent... works on hot or cold sandwiches. Can't wait to visit this location. And I will do a complete review at that time. Hope this still helps someone to try Mike's and enjoy your meal.... they do points too... Tuesday is double points day... try it on a Tuesday.. points go towards...

I really hate that one of the best sandwiches in town comes from a national chain. I hate that I don't really care to try an authentic cheesesteak in Philly out of fear that it won't live up to the perfect sandwich that the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak is. I've never had an off experience at this location. It slaps EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Not only is the food beyond exceptional (especially for a national chain), even the employees are above par. I really hate that this is one of my favorite places in town, but if you need a sandwich that won't let you down - this...
