On a road trip, primarily to visit Golden Nugget Lake Charles to do a little gambling. We started to get hungry, so stopped here for some food before getting fuel at Walmart on Wednesday a bit after 2pm. It looked closed, but before we drove off, I noticed a TV playing inside. So I checked the door & was able to walk in. It was dead. Only 1 table had customers. The 1st register had a closed sign & indicated to go to the next register across the way. Walked by 2 ladies behind the counter area, I guess they were just cooks because I asked them about menus & they just avoided us. No one was manning the register & I couldn't find menus anywhere around it, not even a qr code for one. It was extremely confusing & lack of help from the available employees for a while = removed a star.

Eventually, a guy came out from the back & helped us. He grabbed us menus (they are on the short wall facing the entrance, near the 1st register). I asked the guy what time the lunch special ended & he said 2pm. I was disappointed because I'd read that the lunch special was until 3pm & told him so. He double-checked & said I'd been correct it was until 3pm. Yah!

You order & pay at the cashier & they give you an order number for your table. We all did the $9 lunch special. My sister ordered the spaghetti and 2 meatballs + caesar salad. I ordered the same for myself & ordered my husband a 7" pepperoni and bacon pizza + chicken club sandwich.

Initially, my sister's spaghetti and 2 meatballs were only served with 1 meatball, she told the cashier guy & he got them to fix it. Fortunately, no issues with mine & my husband's orders.

The chicken club sandwich was a smaller than expected portion size but tasted the best! Next best was the pizza. Caesar salads were good altho next time I will try the greek salad. The spaghetti and 2 meatballs were just mediocre. Next time, I'll try the...

We love crust pizza! Have been here many times with 5 star service. Today was my first time ordering to go. I got a 10inch personal pizza, my 16 year old got a 10inch pizza & side salad, & my 9 year old said she was starving to death so she got the kids pizza and kids fettuccine and I’m glad she did because starving or not the fettuccine alone just seems not worth the kids meal price. (She doesn’t eat meat). I waited in my car because I had my dog with me. Food was ready in less than 20 minutes! I walked in and went straight to the pick up counter where I could see several employees talking to the left of me. I did only wait 2 minutes there for someone to assist me but those two minutes felt like forever when I know they were standing right there just talking. It just seemed rude and appeared as if I was interrupting their conversation. I’ve always felt welcomed at Crust Pizza but todays visit was just weird. I won’t let one weird visit hinder all the great visits I’ve had and will definitely be back in the future! We’re in Lake Charles for the night with my husband for work and my kids chose Crust Pizza out of all the places in Lake Charles to eat so that says alot! Just didn’t feel welcomed this evening. We all have bad days...

Passing through town and stopped for lunch. Pizza was great and the girl taking our order was friendly ;HOWEVER , I would not recommend for anyone being cautious about COVID. I witnessed a female employee with a mask resting on her chin while serving customers, numerous guests NOT wearing masks (and not asked to wear one) while walking in, ordering , using the bathroom facilities and getting up to refill their drink. I felt awful for the young employee taking our order, as many maskless customers were in her face ordering. One would hope such an establishment would at least enforce masks rules ....to protect staff and customers. ZERO social distancing of customers eating indoors. Too many ppl eating on top of each other. We ate outside which was a lot more conducive to spacing. My child and I waited to use the ladies' room only to find a maskless customer exiting the lone bathroom. Not safe! Please do better Crust Pizza at enforcing the rules and helping to stop the...

I stopped in for lunch. There's plenty of parking in the lot. You walk in, stay to the left and order at the counter. The seating in the booths is a bit tight. The staff were all very friendly. I thought the Italian flatbread came with either a salad or chips, but I was given both. The salad options were either house or Caesar. I got the Caesar salad and it was fine. The bowl was very full and the dressing was given to me on the side so it was challenging to mix the dressing with the salad without making a mess. The flatbread was pretty tasty. My friend had some soup and a pizza. The soup was a meal in itself. He said both of his dishes were good. All of the ingredients were really fresh. It looked like they have a single room bathroom so it stayed busy most of the time I was at the restaurant. Overall, this was a good pizza shop.
